She does amazing work but the scheduling was always difficult with that chain. Throughout the years I've told her she should start to branch out on her own and that being her own boss would be the best mode she made. In approximately 200 visits Vikki has hit the color with perfection every time. In 15 years that has changed from just a touch of grey to fixing " mostly" grey. All those years and not one bad cut. The place is nicely decorated, and their thoughtful touches with the complimentary macaroons & champagne for Valentine's Day made our experience even more romantic. Staffs were friendly and our massage therapist Rosi and Carlos (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing! I think we started our session a bit late or something but they went over the hour to make sure we got the full experience. She covered all the spots I mentioned - shoulder, back, feet, and knees - we were both very impressed! I had left my jewelry in the room and they called my number to inform me immediately when we were only 8 mins away. Such great service!! I would highly recommend coming here especially for the couples massages. If you're lucky and found a Groupon deal, don't hesitant to purchase it. They are very professional and I didn't feel forced to tip xx amount - but obviously you want to make sure they get tipped well for great services :) Tip: I wanted my massage done by a lady and they told me for couple massages, you're always guaranteed to get at least one lady massage therapist and the other staff will be based on availability. My only con was the loudness from the construction people throughout the massage. The walls were shaking too and the noise was overly distracting. We couldn't enjoy the soft music playing. I would recommend this place to others but call to check that no construction is going on before scheduling.
