I complained about it and the manager told me that I could come back and pay 50% of the price I had paid initially for them to do it again. I complained within a week of them doing the service, but they said I was beyond the period for them to do it for no charge. I get my brows done at Ulta and other places and never had this problem. They always cover the gray to my satisfaction. I initially agreed to go and decided not to. Why should I pay them a second time for something that they did not get right the first? At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.
