I complained about it and the manager told me that I could come back and pay 50% of the price I had paid initially for them to do it again. They always cover the gray to my satisfaction. I initially agreed to go and decided not to. Why should I pay them a second time for something that they did not get right the first? While I was waiting, Fred noticed I was tired and actually let me relax for a few minutes in one of the massage chairs, which I thought was really thoughtful. It's a family-run business, and you can really feel that warm atmosphere. His wife was there, I met his daughter, and even their beautiful dog Ginger made the place feel extra welcoming. I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to.
