Hey guys! I am obsessed. Ok so the place is located on Monsarrat where cars are kind of flying on the road so be careful. There are tons of street parking on Monsarrat and the side roads. I lucked out and found parking right across the street. As you walk down the ramp you see a nice lawn, 2 story large house and the barrel. I happen to go on the day that the run club meets later that evening so there was an ice bath in front. We are welcomed with a warm smile and the host answers all of our questions on all of their services: sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and IV drip. He handed us towels and escorted us to our section. We opt and go for the contrast therapy. I wasn't sure what to expect since this is my first time but the combination of heat in the sauna and cold in the ice bath is a game-changer. He recommended that we do the sauna for 15-25 minutes then 3+ minutes in the ice bath. Our section is a beautiful oasis. As you walk through the gate there are black stones and plants that create a serene area. The sauna is in a shape of a barrel designed with natural wood and glass doors that add a modern touch. There is a shower that we used to rinse between going to the sauna and the ice bath. We got 45 minutes that I felt was enough time to do both twice. The sauna was relaxing and the cold plunge a shocking but exhilarating experience. I could feel my circulation improve and a decrease in inflammation. I highly recommend this place! What an adventure! I know some people do this every day. I am not that person. I don't like cold water and though I'm good at pushing through hard things, most is not as mentally demanding. My first cold plunge was really hard mentally. I managed to make it up to my neck for about a second before I scrambled out of the tub. My second round lasted longer at about 45 seconds. Then I made it to 1:15 and 2:10. I spent 10 minutes in the sauna between rounds and took cold showers between my plunges. This felt remarkably good, especially in light of the deep soreness in my body from running a marathon. My partner and I made a date out of it. It was a great way to have some screen free time that is so undiluted. I loved it and will be buying a package to come back. The space is beautiful and serene. There are two sides each with a sauna and cold plunge. The girl at the front desk was both helpful and friendly. This is her jam and it set me at ease. Studio 7 also operates a run club on Tuesdays. I may have to try that out as well! read more

Terrific, friendly, clean space. I did a 30min compression boot and contrast therapy 45min before running the Honolulu marathon. I'm so glad I did! If I'm ever in town again I'd love to get an IV drip. Great staff! read more

When my boyfriend expressed interest in doing a cold plunge, my response was SAY LESS! This place appears to be a house but we got to do an outdoor cold plunge and sauna experience during golden hour. Our outdoor space included towels, bench and outdoor shower. The cold plunge tub is a bit smaller than others I've tried, which results in the ability to sit down in it, but not necessarily dunk your head (if that even appeals to you). I also played music on my phone to distract from the cold - the cold plunge playlist on Spotify is a winner. Friendly staff was helpful in giving us a plastic bag for our wet clothes. Brand new! Love the woody sent and greens! I was scared of cold plunge. Cause even putting my hands in cooler, makes my hands in pain in a few seconds.... Sauna was so good! Love getting sweating. And 1st time cold plunge was very hard for me but today was my 2nd visit and now I could do almost 2 minutes! Tried Contrast Therapy for the 1st time today with my boyfriend-it was AMAZING! I feel so alive. I thought it was going to be painful/terrible but it was really great! Hard to find a dry-heat sauna paired with a cold dip anywhere else. Will try it again next time I'm back.

Absolutely invigorating experience! I did a 45 minute session and enjoyed every second. Austin greeted me out front & showed me to the space where I had a nice private sauna & cold plunge tub complete with privacy shades. There was also a shower,a Bluetooth speaker to connect my phone for music & lovely eucalyptus oil in the sauna. I appreciated having access to a towel for afterwards. I suffer from joint pain after my pelvis was shattered in a car accident & wanted to treat my soreness in this way. It really helped me feel better even after just one visit.
