I think I found my new body shop. I had few scratches on my car here and there and wanted to fix them. Went 2 other places before coming here. At both places they told me to come back next morning and they will fix my car. The first place was gonna charge me $60 the second place asked for $30. On the way home I went to this place for the same reason. Not only they did the job right away they didn't even charge me. They were extremely helpful right away, putting me at ease regarding timing and insurance related to my car's repairs. I had gone to the previous owner of the shop many times and this was my first experience with these owners. It was well worth it. Upon completion, they washed my car and vacuumed too. The work was below average and the car was not finished at the promised time. When I finally went to pick up the car, I was surprised by the low quality of their work. One of the sensors was sinking deep in the bumper, few excess paint drops in different areas and the area that needed repair is not smooth . They were trying to give me the car at that time convincing me that this is the best it can look. It was unacceptable, so I left the car for another day and was told the sensor bracket was broken and it had to be changed- they told me they fired the guy who worked on my car!! After all that, the sensor is still not flush, you can still easily spot areas with excess paint, and even the area that needed repair in the bumper is not smooth. Overall, you can tell right away by looking at the bumper that it has been to body shop. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars in the past but since the last time I had my car painted there, I have had problems. The hood of my car has a couple of spots where the paint has chipped off. I took my car to 5 other body shops to get an opinion as to what would cause this problem. They all told me the same thing - that the car was not prepped properly before the paint job and showed me where. When I brought my car back to Studio Auto Body and explained what other body shops told me, instead of trying to resolve the problem and remaining professional, Jack said that I should take my car to one of those other body shops and have them paint it. He clearly had an attitude and ego issue so that is what I have decided to do. I have used this place many years ago when Robert, the original owner was still there and also after he left. It's too bad that one incident like this ends what used to be a good business relationship. read more

Teeny little place thats easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. Really great people! I was in a small accident where someone ran into me and knocked my drivers side mirror off and caused some other small damage to my car. I took my car here for an estimate to give the insurance company. I didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes and he had it all ready and printed out for me. After I heard back from the Insurance company, I dropped my car off here and he told me that I should have it back by the end of the following week. That was discouraging because I still needed it to get to and from work but what are you gonna do, right? I got a call about 3 days later around 8 or 9PM saying that my car was done and I could come pick it up! I was thrilled and surprised. He told me that he knew I still needed to get around so he stayed late to finish it up and waited for me to get over there to get it since I lived down the street. This shop loves to order parts from automotive dealers, and then return them, all the while telling the customer that they replaced them. If you try to refute them, they call you rude and obnoxious. Well, believe me these guys are neither nice nor honest. Gary O. especially. They don't even rate a 1 in my book. Body shops shouldn't dictate to people or to dealerships how they will do business; and they certainly should put on al the parts that the insurance company authorized to be replaced, not reuse them. read more
