I called ahead to confirm they had time for a dip manicure and was told they did. When I arrived, I was directed to a chair and work immediately began on removing my old dip. Throughout the entire appointment, three different employees handled my nails, yet not one of them introduced themselves, asked my name, or attempted any conversation. In fact, no one even asked what color I wanted before beginning the service. Eventually, I had to find a color myself by looking through the salon's social media photos. When I pointed to a design they had posted and asked if it could be done with dip powder, I was told it would require a gel manicure instead. I then asked whether they had a similar color available in dip powder. Rather than answering the question, the technician dropped the color sample rings next to me and returned to working on my nails. Again, the manicure itself wasn't bad. The issue was the complete lack of customer interaction and communication throughout the appointment. The salon has a quiet atmosphere and a lot of potential, but I left feeling more like an object being processed than a customer receiving a service. Because of that experience, I would not return.
