Not half the flowers that are shown and I bought the deluxe. Also different flowers than shown. A couple were already wilting while others had bloomed yet. Person on the phone told me it was on the first truck going out and that it should be there before noon. Called them around 1:30 and they said they would call the driver and then call me back. They never called me back.. This was my girlfriend's birthday so we had put a lot of plans on hold. Called back around 2:30 and they had already closed. So we didn't know what to expect.. Finally they showed up around 4:30 in the afternoon and the driver ran off before we opened the door. Highly disappointed and going somewhere else for Valentine's Day. read more

I'm going to do it. I'm going to be that person. I ordered an arrangement ahead of the holiday weekend. It said delivery was available on July 3rd, which is why I picked this shop. 4pm on July 3rd came and I called she was short on the phone and asked me to text her the order number. So I did. Then she asked when the order was placed, June 30. Then proceeds to say that was an error and they weren't meant to be open July 3rd. An hour later I asked when it would be delivered, knowing it wasn't happening that day. 45 minutes later she said it will be out in an hour (7pm). At 7pm I follow up again, she said it's not looking good but will be in the shop July 4. I didn't expect delivery July 4, it's a holiday. I let myself calm down from the annoyance. I did contact bloomnation because I got a "rate your experience" email and thought well what the heck might as well get someone else involved sooner rather than later. I get a message from their customer service saying it was delivered. I'm like that's interesting, I received nothing. So I text her. Not. A. Single. Response. Not a bubble. Nothing. Bloomnation said her machine was down and couldn't send a confirmation. But you'd think you'd let me know via text since the initial delivery was messed up. The year is 2023 and there are too many ways to communicate that don't require an automated system. I ask for a refund as it's just too much and still have no confirmation of delivery. Which I got. I reach back out to bloomnation and they said she said delivery was made july 3 at 12:30pm. Remember when I said I reached out at 4pm? And she said they were closed. Ya. She deserves 0 stars for being a liar. Just be honest. So unappreciated. And you know what? These flowers are so much more than flowers. They were for my friend who's child died and this was their birthday. So to have this experience on such an important day to make someone feel so loved is beyond messed up. Glad everyone else had such wonderful experiences because this was not it. I cannot. My friend did not receive flowers at 12:30. So. Ya.... read more

I was extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I received. What I received looks nothing close to what is pictured both in size and height. As you can see, compared to the standard size on their website, this looks similar, if not smaller, despite me ordering the bouquet to be 2x larger. I was outraged when I picked the flowers up. I explained that I ordered the premium selection and was told that is just for extra flowers, which was not made clear on their website. either way it did not seem like extra flowers were added. They agreed to add flowers and still the arrangement didn't compare to what was pictured. Keep in mind that I ordered and expected the arrangement to be 2 times larger. At that point I left, not caring to deal with the defeat anymore. Attached is a picture of the arrangement that I ordered both before and after blooms were added and a picture from the website to show the discrepancy. I asked for a refund and they said if I returned the flowers they would gladly, however it was Valentine's Day and I would have been empty handed. Will never return and hope this review will stop others from purchasing arrangements from here. read more

I received a vase flowers for my birthday. They were all open and pretty much died the next day. I emailed the florist and no response. So I can't recommend them based on service and quality. It seemed like they gave me flowers that were days old instead of fresh ones. it was arranged nicely. And the day arrived for flowers to be delivered and they never came. I went to call the shop. Closed. As much as these flowers are gorgeous... my first experience with then was not good at all. I ordered the flowers to be sent the next day. I got no confirmation email about my purchase and no update about whether or not the flowers were delivered. I found out days later from the person I was sending them to.... AND they didn't know the flowers were FROM me because they delivered the wrong flowers with the wrong card!! When I called to try to get a refund or AT LEAST have the right flowers and card delivered they said no because my friend was accidentally given a more expensive arrangement than I paid for!! What I paid for was never delivered and I didn't get anything back in return for their mistake. Two of their customers were given the wrong flowers and cards and all they did was apologize because it was a new delivery man. Disappointing. read more

My wedding was held at the Disneyland Hotel, a venue that makes it difficult to use vendors other than their own. Crystal was willing to jump through the hoops that Disney required. Crystal was very involved the day of the wedding to ensure that everything was set up perfectly and within the guidelines set by Disney. The floral and decor she provided was beautiful and elegant. Crystal is incredibly talented and a delight to work with!! Our wedding ceremony and reception looked stunning thanks to her! Crystal totally understood the look I was going for and put together a pinterest-worthy, beautiful design that came out as gorgeous in person! Everyone's bouquets and boutonnieres looked so beautiful, the table decor and arbor were exactly how I envisioned. When I was searching for a florist, I noticed a lot had, in my opinion, really over the top, almost cheesy displays and I really wanted an elegant, winery/tuscany-vibe, tasteful design and Crystal literally nailed it! All of her work is so beautiful and tasteful. I got so many compliments that this was the most beautiful wedding people had ever attended, and that is thanks to Crystal! The process was super easy and straight forward; her team setup pretty much everything by the time we arrived and had it all ready to go early and came back to collect remaining decor items. This vendor seemed great until I realized she is completely unorganized and doesn't care to follow up with booking a client. She told me she would email me a quote, but that was back in the beginning of August and I still haven't not received so much as an "I'm busy" email. So glad I wasn't holding my breath! Booked another florist that was SO good as responding to emails and just making me feel like a priority, which is how vendors should make you feel. After all there are a million florists out there so if you are looking for someone who will make you feel at ease this is NOT the vendor to book. read more
