Jackie is the best! I've done eyeliner, eyebrows and lips and my life is so much easier! Jackie is conservative in her approach so it might take a couple of touch-ups but it's worth it. It is permanent after all! The lips are the most painful, but she applies and reapplies numbing cream to make you as comfortable as possible. Eyebrows are the easiest for the client. I got permanent makeup on my lips done with Jackie, since my lips were quite small and slightly irregular. I was nervous initially, because I had seen a bunch of irregular-shaped lips done with that horrendous thick liner around the lips (and that was the last thing I wanted!). However, once I spoke to Jackie on the phone and went in for a consultation, I immediately felt at ease knowing she understood exactly what I was looking for: enhancement of lip size while keeping the look natural. Jackie was great with helping me choose a color that would suit my skin tone while looking natural at the same time. The results are FANTASTIC - better than I had hoped for! She has a GREAT artistic eye for detail and symmetry and you can rest assured that your lips will not turn out asymmetrical or odd-looking in any way. The color is so beautiful too... I didn't tell my friends I was getting this done and even though my lips are significantly larger (in a GOOD way), no one noticed that I had work done per se. People just comment that I have a naturally nice lip color (hehehe). Meeting Jackie was like meeting my fairy godmother!!! She's sweet and very down to earth, very welcoming and warm. When I found her I was seeking a miracle worker, and I was so nervous to meet her because I've had my eyebrows tattooed for over 10 years, but they were not initially done by a professional (my fault) and about 6 years ago I finally went to a professional in attempt to correct them, but the woman was very over powering about what I needed, she did what she wanted and it was nothing but a waste of a whole lot of money. So this time around I was determined to find the right person for what I needed. Not only is Jackie very educated and talented in what she does, but she's reasonable, she's caring and she's a doll. She corrected my eyebrows and then some. I used to be extremely self conscious about my face with out make up, and now I'm beyond happy with my natural look and it has literally changed my life!! I can't wait to visit Jackie again, not that I feel the need for more corrections, but touch ups r always so fresh looking, and I'm very much considering having my eye liner done. I would recommend staying away from Jackie Holroyd my mom went to her and she didn't finish the eyebrows they looked terrible and peeled off, they weren't leveled etc.. My mom called Jackie to fix the eyebrows when she went back Jackie was rude and mean to my mom she didn't numb the area and you have ever had this procedure done you would know it's painful without numbing medication. My mom was in tears and then Jackie had the nerve to ask her for more money!!!!!!!!!! I'm appalled that she would do this to my mom who is 73 years old. Stay away from her there are other places that deserve your business. read more

Jackie definitely did not provide good service. She's very opinionated so she wouldn't let me discuss how I wanted my eyebrows. She expected me to get to her level of understanding, she did not take the time and effort to explain how it works and what I can expect when I finish my first treatment. The first day results were great (like many of the pictures she uploaded herself) but as the days went by, it wasn't as expected. It changed drastically and when I came back, she said that's what I was supposed to expect and said you have to let me do my job. At the end of 2 weeks which is supposedly the appropriate time for a come back appointment, it just looked like a faint line especially towards the end and not visible hair strokes as you see in these pictures. Anyways, I got it fixed again and hopefully it won't go downhill (pun intended). I won't be coming back. read more

I have nice big lower lip, but my upper lip is so small and has no pigment in it so I went to Jackie and she was able to tattoo pigment into my lips making them a lovely shade of burgundy. The best part is that she was able to make my upper lip much fuller than it really is just by tattooing the makeup on it. I looked into injections, but they were too expensive, so I tried this and now my upper lip matches my lower lip and the color is beautiful! I don't even have to wear lipsick, I can just put clear gloss on and it looks like shiny lipstick! I am so thankful and so happy, thanks to Jackie! read more

All of my life I have been eyebrow challenged with very little eyebrow hair. I had to apply and reapply brow products four times a day, and even then, the look was sketchy. So when I heard about permanent makeup that is really beautiful and I found Jackie Holroyd, I decided to try it. I visited Jackie for the first time on Saturday to have permanent eyebrows done. I've been doing permanent eyebrows for over ten years (from someone else) and wanted to try a new place. I am so happy I did! Jackie does a phenomenal job. She is meticulous, thorough and very serious about her craft. I TOO, LOVE THIS WOMAN!!! One day I was in the gym, talking to a beautiful woman and I complimented her on her eye make-up. She told me her eye liner was a tattoo. No way! I whispered. I had seen the permanent eyeliner on my girlfriends' eyes and it looked terrible. But this lady's eyes were beautiful and natural looking. I scheduled an appointment, and before I knew it I had my first tattoo! I am 55 years old and I am THRILLED with the results. The eyeliner is placed BETWEEN each lash and not drawn on top of the eyelashes, so the result is a very pretty natural eyeliner. When I showed my family, they all loved the results.
