This used to be my favorite spot to get my nails done. So unfortunate that their customer service is not as good as it was before the quarantine shut down. I went and got a full set and pedicure. $35 dollars for a basic pedicure not gel color? I was unaware of the price being risen and was not notified by the woman taking care of me after I asked for the basic pedicure service that used to be $22. They also charged my boyfriend $35 for a regular pedicure? He doesn't even get polish!!! When I tried getting my receipt on the machine the lady exited the page. My full set was ok, but the top coat finish was super bubbly and made my nails look weird. I also have itchy cuticles and it might be due to lack of sanitation. I have been going here for a few years now because Vivian was always great with my toes. Today I was running errands and got there 10 minutes late for my appointment. This was the first time I have been late. Vivian was getting started on someone else when I got there and I could tell the owner was upset. I asked if I was in the appointment book because they have forgotten to add me when I make appointments ahead of time. She got mad and yelled saying that I was late.I responded saying this was the first time and that I am always waiting even though I always have an appointment. About 80% I wait 15-20 minutes for them. She then ignored me and answered a call. This is no way to treat a loyal customer who has been going for 5 years. Is is unprofessional and I will no longer be going to them. The owner needs to speak better to customers and not yell at them. read more

I love coming here because I don't wait long and they take me in right away. The Gel last a long time. You can also set appointments with Nancy for sure and Tammy. STAY AWAY from Hannah, she is so rude. Not very friendly and will talk about you, but hey they all do. But Hannah will not even help you to find a matching color for hands and feet. Okay let me start off by saying I LOVE my nail tech Stacy. LOVE! I only go to her for acrylics, she knows what I like, she knows the shape I like and has an idea of the colors I like too. She is consistent, she does a really great clean job, I've only had a nail break once on me, when she does it and they look so nice and as natural as acrylics possibly can because she does a great job of filing them down and cleaning them up. This allows for the set to last a bit longer than any other place I've been to in the past. We disagree a bit on length at times but every relatonship has it's problems, it's nothing we can't overcome through communication. Plus, she is super fast! Which is key because 1. I hate waiting, and 2. The wait at this place is ridiculous. That's the only reason I am not a 5 star rater. If I was raiting on Stacy alone, that's a 5+. The shop overall gets a clean 4. Pros: Clean, friendly, lots of parking, take debit/credit cards, and lots of staff. Plus I've watched whole movies here they tend to play movies on weekends which helps with the long wait. On one visit I watched the first half of a movie and next visit they were playing the last half, score! They will give you a drink if you ask as well. I've had decent pedicures here too but not consistently. Also Starbucks just a few feet away. Cons; Wait. Wait. And wait. If you don't make an appointment you're waiting. And sometimes even when you make an appointment you're waiting. If you make an appointment try to come earlier than it because if you're on time but someone was earlier than you with a later appointment time they may take them first. Which is super annoying. One of the guys who works there is good at managing who came when and making sure you get in at the right time, but not everyone is. I've walked in once no appointment to fix a broken nail, had a long extensive conversation with the lady at counter about said nail, while someone else walked in behind me and signed in as a I spoke with her. When I said, I'm next right (because I didn't have the time to wait), she said well this other woman signed in before you, but when I said yeah but I was here first talking to you, she was like idk talk to the other lady about it. So she wanted me to have a discussion with the other customer and fight about who was first. I was not in the mood for that mess, nor did I have the time. So I said no, that's fine forget it I'm leaving. So Stacy looke at me like "sorry," while she finished up the customer she was working on. She then got up in between customers and fixed my nail, as I wasn't about to have anyone else do it and give me a busted shape. So I appreciated that. So, yes, I like the place, but it's not without it's issues. read more

Nails were just okay, longer than what I wanted & too thick. I thought maybe it was the guy who did my nails so I went back today to give it another shot...still not satisfied. I got a fill & a pedi, pedí was good but my fill... super uneven thick nails. I kept telling the girl doing my nails they were too thick & not straight but she didn't really fix them. & on top of that she took a really long time! First time getting a pedicure at this nail place first thing I was waiting about 30 minutes for my pedicure when they had taken someone before me that was a walk-in also that waited for about 5mins. The lady that did my pedicure while cleaning my toes I felt that she went into a deep while cleaning that she cut my big toe. When I asked if she cut my toe she immediately put my foot back in the water and ignored it. She finished my toes and polish them never said anything about my toe again and I just left. The following day I felt a throb on my toe when I looked I noticed it was red I touched it & it felt tender. When I took a closer look I noticed it was pus was coming out when I cleaned my toe. I highly don't recommend this place. Another thing the person taking the payments for the nails told me one price when I walked in but I was charged a different price when I was leaving. read more

Great nail salon! First time customer. Walked in without an appt. on thurs night and like any other GOOD nail salon on a day before the weekend, it was full. I was kindly greeted so I decided to stay and wait. To my surprise I was in a pedi chair within 5 mins of walking in. Yes, there were a lot of customers but they had plenty of nail technicians to meet the demand. I added a full set during my pedi and thought I'd for sure have to wait for my pedi to be done to start my full set. Again, to my surprise, another technician came and started on my full set while I was getting my pedi. I was done with everything within an hour. Not only is their customer service on point but their work is clean, fast, and super cute. They know what they're doing! I will be returning! read more

I've been here several times. When I've gotten a gel manicure and a regular pedicure I've had good results. The gel is good, but it doesn't last quite as long as some other salons I've tried. But for the price, I felt like I got what I paid for. This last time I went I opted for a full set with gel polish. I asked for a round shape. Overall the end result is good, but I think it could be better, especially for a $35 price (not including tip). The technician was going really fast and talking a lot to her co-workers while she worked on my nails. She never once touched my cuticles and I think a full set just looks and performs better when you make sure the cuticle line is clean and even. She shaped the nails well, but I think she leaned more towards an almond shape, when I asked for a rounder look in a shorter style (I showed her pictures). And so the nails look a little like they are floating on top of my nail bed (addressing the cuticles would have helped this and made it look more like the artificial nail is growing out of my own finger). And then she was also a little sloppy on the edges and tips of the nail. The color (a pale pink) doesn't cover the tips, so you can see sort of drip marks and uneven spots. If I had gone with a darker color, like a red or a hotter pink, this would be bothering me more. Overall I think I will be looking elsewhere to get my fill and then a full set down the road. For a simple pedicure or a manicure this place is OK, but you can probably go elsewhere if you want something more involved. The wait here can be long too. read more

I love love this nail place. I was looking for a nail place nearby my doctors office and came across this one. I was a little nervous at first as I didn't know if it was gonna be a hit or miss based on locations appearance... I was so surprised! I had a manicure (Nancy) and pedi (Tee). Let me just say these 2 ladies were the most gentle, sweet, and so helpful. They really did a great job with their service and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I walked away convinced that I will be traveling 16miles away from Hollywood to this location to get my nails done again because of them. They seem to get busier later on in the day so it's best to go early. Lynn did my nails and she did an amazing job! She took her time and always made sure I was comfortable. The result was amazing! I love this place! It's reasonable priced and they have a lot of color to pick from and they know how to do the in style nails like coffin, almond and so on. I always go to Lilian. The only thing I don't like is they never honor my appointment time. I'm a person that never does walk ins anywhere I like making appointment and here they never honor it I'll show up 5-10 mins before and they always take me 25-35 mins after my appointment time which is annoying but I'm not one to get up and complain. Parking is limited because there's a dentist near by but you can always park at the Starbucks and that's a plus getting a Starbucks while you wait! read more

So I went here less than 48 hours ago and my gel manicure has already chipped. :( this has never happened to me before with a gel manicure. To top it off during my manicure my nail technician cut my cuticle and my cuticle was bleeding. At first she didn't even acknowledge it until I said it was bleeding and then she poured a solution on it. I really loved the color choices and was excited for my mood changing gel color but now I'm not sure if I'll be back. I am always so pleased after having my nails, pedicure, and wax done here, since their Opening, (I'm here every 2 weeks). But not so pleased as I was today with Wanda doing my pedicure, she was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.. I was so thrilled on her professionalism and how efficient she was in getting the JOB DONE Lilian is my go to person on keeping my nails looking freshly done, and I have never been disappointed. Worst experience EVERRRR!!!!! My mom and I have been coming to this nail salon for awhile to get our pedicures and our full sets and have never had an issue. This last experience for me was HORRIBLE. We both came in for a pedicure, my mom needed her acrylics removed and I need a fill and a nail repair. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails. I just know she wore glasses and has tattooed eyebrows and always looks mad. To start off with, when she tried to remove the leftover acrylic that was on my broken nail she first drilled down the acrylic to the point where she burned my finger. Then she attempted to shove a nail tip in between my nail and the acrylic to try to pop it off. After I flinched and told her that she hurt me she then went back to the drill to burn me again. Then after assuming that my natural nail was to long for her liking she continued to cut my nail down to my skin then continued to shove the nail tip under the acrylic and ended up making a hole in my nail. Then after finishing all my nails, I noticed that almost all of my nails were either crooked or the acrylic was so unevenly placed. And when I showed her my nails another girl decided to butt in and proceed to tell me that it was my fingers that were crooked. This isn't the first time I've gotten a fill. My nails have never came out crooked or uneven. And then she tried to tell me that it is IMPOSSIBLE to make all of my nails look exactly the same. Their all going to look different. Now my complaint isn't that they don't look exactly alike. I know their not going to look perfect. But at the same time they should not all look so uneven. She even did my pedicure where she proceeded to dig into my nails. In all, this was just the worst experience I have ever had. Lesson learned. NEVER cheat on your nail tech. read more
