I let Tonya know before she started, and she handled it with such care. She was informative, thorough and gentle - I couldn't ask for a better combo. She knew exactly what was causing the sensitivity, and avoided that area though still continued to provide a thorough cleaning. I was so thrilled and very impressed. Apart from this most recent visit, I've always had such a great experience with the dentist too. He's very casual, down to earth and informative. If you're looking for a fancy, high-tech dental experience, this might not be that. This is more of a laid-back, no-frills, family environment with exceptional staff who take perfect care of your teeth. I never feel like they are pushing me to pay for things I don't need (which was my experience at a previous dentist in the area). I also put down a deposit for a procedure . i asked them over the phone how much will the procedure be they told me they didn't have it on file so id have to find out when i came in. i go in and the procedure is out of my budget, so they told me since im not getting the procedure that same day that my 150$ deposit will go to 50$ and i have to pay another 150 to secure my spot again plus the remaining balance!!! i asked them could i do payments on it they said no. unbelievable. never going back here again.

I've recommended them to friends and strangers for many years. They have a very solid appointment reminder system that calls you a few days ahead and then emails you on the day of the appointment. Virtually impossible to forget an appointment and no need to add it to any other schedule you may keep. If you have to call to miss an appointment these days, they are very understanding, but with their new air filtration systems and safety protocols, there is no need to be concerned, and I have never cancelled for Covid concerns. They do not add any surcharges for the new safety efforts.
