After it didn't relax for two days, I called and the receptionist had me come in to see the doctor. So I did, and I expected an apology or some kind of comment or explanation from the doctor, but he said nothing, not even, "Oh!". Somehow, he fixed it as it went back to normal a few days later. This is especially frustrating because hair removal appointments require shaving in advance, which makes sudden cancellations inconvenient and uncomfortable for clients. I was always early and always seen late. Unfortunately, after 10 treatments, I've also seen little to no results. Between the repeated scheduling issues and the lack of effectiveness, I can't recommend this business. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking. Per the MD we started using differin ( OTC) with benzoyl peroxide ( OTC ) and a prescription sulfur based medicine ( 5 bucks with insurance ) and a basic face wash - Cetaphil ( 10 bucks ) and her face was clear in one month !!!!! It's absolutely amazing !!! I probably spent over 500 bucks at this place and now I have a bag full of products which I'll never use. She's so happy
