Olivia took our order and could not have been friendlier. She answered every question we had, while the owner, Ralph, stood nearby and shared more about the deli. He explained that he is from Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, and that the sandwiches are made fresh, with some items prepared in-house each day. He even described the bread they use. Both Olivia and Ralph were welcoming and took the time to help us choose our meals. Kudos to them for making us feel like regulars on our very first visit.
