I have not been to many storage units, but this is honestly the only one you need to pay a visit to if you are needing a storage unit in the Henderson area. I had to move my storage unit for work from one location to another and they made the process so easy. I emailed them a week prior and they got back to me so quickly. I decided to scope out the place in person to see what it was like and I was greeted by the most incredibly friendly staff. I inquired about a 10x10 unit and when I asked if I could take a peak at one they had available before I moved forward with my purchase, they had no problem showing me it. I decided to move forward with purchasing the unit and they made the process so easy. I needed to put it under my company's name and they mentioned it was no problem. I just had to get an email from someone at the company stating it was okay. Super easy! I had my manager email them and we were all set in a matter of minutes. They walked me through the process very easily and explained everything before I signed. When I finished up, they even gave me a lock to borrow for the time being so I didn't have to purchase on there. If you're looking for good prices and kind people, this is definitely the place to go! For outside units be sure to spend extra for some tarps to cover your belongings. The owners warned us, but I didn't listen lol. I put up some tarp, but the dust blew under it and all around. I was interrupted by this idiot that takes having a little power to a new level. He interrupted me so many times unnecessarily and with his horrible unprofessional actions on my first visit to my storage area in 13 years I am vacating and have moved to a new storage. They appreciate their customers and treat people with common decency and are professional . Telling a customer under your breath that they have no common sense is obviously not acceptable especially after you tell someone that is paid up the code doesn't work because they are late on payment without first checking. Once you confirmed I was current your attitude was still ridiculous. With you not wearing a mask during the Covid 19 outbreak says a lot about your common sense too. Then sending me an e-mail claiming a false law is even worse. A simple call to an attorney clarified that you were lying and or uninformed. Good luck with trying to get more customers with your pathetic attitude. Glad to see another empty unit and I spoke with another client that is moving out and happy not to be dealing with you. Also one day you will walk towards someone in an adversarial way like you did with me and you will be dealt with like you should have been that day. Have a nice life. The dirst time was a year ago where we packed everything we own into a unit. The second was more recently when we received a shipment too large to keep at home. Don't use this place to store your stuff!!!!!!!!!! We made arrangements to bring in a trailer and unload while the truck (Rig) went away for 3 to 4 hours while we unloaded. We were doing all of this for my 86 year old mother whom is in the hospital here in Henderson and can't care for herself, so the unit was for her belongings from her house so she could live with us. They sold us on a unit after all details about the truck and trailer were laid out, we put money on the unit and then a lock. After several conversations and my wife explaining in detail with Janine the managers wife about where to spot the trailer and how long it would be there, my cell phone rings and Dale her husband, tells me that the truck won't be allowed on their property and he didn't care what his wife had told us. We then had to go find another storage facility to store our stuff and wait for a refund from Green Valley Storage. Well we got the refund and they kept $50.28 of the refund because Janine the managers wife lied about our conversations and we were charged for the few days that our lock was on the unit. So to save face with her company that employs them she lied about spotting the trailer on their property and we got less money back. So the bottom line is that I feel the company violated my 86 year old mother out of $50.28 of her Social Security!!!!!!!!!! My rating shows 1 star because I have to give them something to post! read more

My husband was having a hard time backing in his trailer and Dale noticed this and suggested a different unit to make it easier for him!
