    I highly recommend throwing a stuffed bear party!! We did for our son's 5th birthday and it was a hit. The kids had an amazing time and loved their new friends. We also included snow cones and the bouncy obstacle course. The snow cones were delicious and easy for all of the kids to eat. I have no doubt that they rest of her services are also 10/10. The stuffed animals themselves are super high quality and I was so impressed with the range of animals and outfits that were available. I could write a completely separate review on Grace and how amazing she was. Completely professional and clear in her communication. She was always quick to respond to my texts. She seamlessly handled 20+ kids (ages 2-8) at our home and really made the whole experience wonderful. Our boys were attached to her instantly because of her high energy and kind personality.

    Thank you so much Grace & Gabe! We hosted a birthday party in Morgan Hill for our son & daughter's 5th & 3rd birthdays yesterday. Grace is incredible. She put together this beautiful grazing table all with locally sourced meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. We also had delicious eggrolls, cinnamon rolls, and macarons. The presentation of this table was gorgeous. The Stuffed Bear Party was a huge hit with the kids. Grace has this magical fairy presence and makes every child feel special. She also has this incredible memory and remembered every single child's name. The quality of the bears is just great and every child left with a smile. I can't thank Grace and Gabe enough for making our kid's birthday party so special.

I would die Grace is very professional, kind, spunky, animated when engaging with the kids.     Grace and her team are simply AMAZING. We hired them for my daughters 6th birthday to supply stuffy and hawaiin shaved ice. Grace took her time to explain everything over the phone with me and she just sold me with her bubbly personality and her mission to give back to children in hospitals. Every 1 stuffy that's ordered for the party gets donated to a child in the hospitals. The day of the party, her team arrived early and set everything up quickly. They even mingled with our guests and people who just happened to be at the park that day. My guests were so impressed with the setup and blown away by Grace and her team. They won all our hearts. Thank you for making my daughters birthday so special. My daughter asked that I hire you guys again until she owns every single stuffy that you displayed that day. Can't wait for her 7th birthday party! Haha!

    Stuffed Bear Party created an experience I never knew we needed! We invited them to help us celebrate my little 2-year-old niece's birthday, but I think I ended up getting as much joy out of it as the kids! They bring all the supplies for you and all your guests to make your very own cuddly creatures! Despite their name, you can make so much more than bears; from unicorns to dinosaurs they have it all! I chose a raccoon for myself. They let you choose to put a voicebox in them to make sounds or sing songs, or even put your own personalized message. I opted for a vibrating heart that you can feel beat when you hug him. You can pick the density of fluff to fill them with, making them soft or firm. Then you can choose an outfit for your buddy from their wide-selection of outfits. I was most impressed by the quality of material the outfits were made of! My knight outfit even came with a prop sword and shield! All of their finishing touches (incliuding your own birth certificate for your pal) truly created a wonderful experience! When I heard that they donate to children's hospitals for every animal they make for your party, I was truly glad I decided to participate! In addition to the stuffed animals, they also provide a selection of add-ons that make it so you really only need them as your only vendor for an entire event! We opted for the shaved ice station, and I am so glad we did! It was so refreshing! Overall, the event was a total hit with the kids, and definitely with me! The family who runs it are so helpful, sweet, and take the time with each guest to make sure their experience is a special one! I'd recommend them for any event with kids or those who are kids at heart!

    This is the first mobile stuffed animal service in the Bay Area! We used grace and her team for our 5 year olds birthday party and the stuffed animals were so unique and such a hit! Her team was professional, efficient and put smiles on all the kiddos and parents. We still get messages from parents saying their kiddos can't sleep without their lovie. If you're looking for a special and memorable event for all ages, I highly recommend hiring them!!! Reach out early because they get booked out months in advance. They have recently expanded their services to several adds ons and I can't wait to use them in the near future. Thank you SBP!!

    My son absolutely loved this party. The staff knew how to make my son and his friends happy. The jumper was popular with kids in this hot summer time, and the delicious snow cones were a total hit for kids.

For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three.     We worked with Amazae from the moment we knew we wanted to get married (before we got engaged,…read moretechnically. Ha). Both of us are extremely busy re: our jobs and knew that we wouldn't be able to dedicate enough time to truly planning an event of this scale. If you're on the fence, go with Amazae. My husband, before we hired Amazae, was on the fence of whether or not we needed planning services. I told him that if we did not hire someone that there would be no wedding. By the time we had finished our venue search, he knew that I was totally right re: the amount of help you get by leveraging someone else's expertise. You do this once (hopefully) in your life. Amazae does this all the time. Amazae knew all the ins and outs of every venue that we could possibly think of in the Bay Area, Carmel, and Napa. They were able to tell us who was beer and wine only, who had a 10pm end time because of noise ordinances, and who required you to use certain caterers that were $x per head. This will save you SO much time and save you visits to random places that don't meet your requirements. Vendor sourcing - they are super good at this re: figuring out (or making you figure out what you like) who matches your style for every vendor, then finding one that fits in your budget. Most importantly, they will make sure everyone shows up (join any wedding FB group and read some horror stories). They will help you with all of the contracting and the collection of COIs, etc. Again, this would have been IMPOSSIBLE for myself and my now husband. We literally do not have the hours in the day to do this. This team is on top of everything - they will chase you down if they need to for answers for pieces of your event. They can make anything happen - from the weirdest requests to the most mundane. They are so professional, and they really make your wedding super personal. Amazae designed and executed a beautiful event from beginning to end that felt so authentic to us. Day of, they were there to take care of everything, and it was truly a flawless day. We could not asked for a better planner re: Crystal, Kaila, and the rest of the team. We put full trust in them re: the design of this event and the day of. Example: I honestly did not know what florals were going to be there, but they were so stunning. The strength of the Amazae team is in their ability to bring you and your personality into an event that is mostly structured a certain way. They also make your day as stress-free as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about this team and their ability to make your wedding great. If you're down to hand things off to someone else, I would say hand it off to them. It will be better than what you could have come up with yourself.

    Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard, even a micro-wedding. You don't want to be cake…read moretasting or menu tasting, so you rely on experts. That's why we decided to hire an event planner for our daughter's wedding in January 2021. Even though it was a small backyard wedding, we wanted it to be memorable and elegant. We interviewed 3 different event planners, and got 3 rough quotes, all around the same ballpark. Amazae's quote, however, was the most detailed, breaking down a high & low range for each item (food, florals, rentals, photography, etc.) It was an easy choice to contract with them. Crystal came onsite for our first meeting, and I really didn't have a lot for her to go on. My daughter isn't the Pinterest type, so I just told Crystal the wedding colors and showed her pictures of the wedding gown and bridesmaid gowns. The rest of the planning was all done via zoom, emails, and a few phone calls. We worked mostly with Caitlin, who is an amazing planner. Each step along the way, she gave us several options to choose from. For example, she provided a list of 4 photographers, their quote for the day, their profile, their gallery, etc. Once all of our choices were made, she put together a design deck that gave us a preview of the entire wedding. It was more gorgeous than I envisioned. On the day of the wedding, Lisa came out to set everything up. She even picked up the florals and wedding cake to save us the delivery fees. It was a little hectic when I met her, and I probably spent 5 minutes with her showing her where everything was before we left for the church ceremony. And when we came back, she was driving off, leaving behind a magical transformation of yard. Everyone was stunned. The catering crew then took over and prepared a "Top Chef" level meal. And when they left, my kitchen was as clean as when they arrived. My husband commented, "Whatever we paid for this wedding, it was worth every penny." Haha. True.     So, I was planning a party for my mom & aunt. Twins. 50 years old. I am in the event industry…read more(I'm a wedding/event and portrait photographer). I have seen a little bit of everything, good and bad when it came to weddings and parties and choosing the right themes, having the right vendors and more importantly having someone near (either a planner or a day of coordinator) to help it run smoothly. So the two amazing planners that I know of were busy that day, so what was I to do? I posted an ad on craigslist of course! To my surprise I get an email from Lauren & Angela. They were just about to start Luxxe Events and Design and were looking for just a few more events to put under their belts! I am SOOOOOO glad I found them. Even though I had an idea of what I wanted to do (from decorations to food, entertainment etc) I still wanted and needed someone to run it by. These two met with me a month or so prior to the Fabulous & 50 Fiesta to help out with the little details. They collected my vendor list and contacted my vendors prior to the party, they thought of things I never would have thought of to make my party an even bigger hit (salsa lessons at the party!) They showed up on the day of the event ready to go and I am thankful they did because I happened to get sick the night before and I couldn't have done it without them. They helped set up, help instruct the vendors, when something went wrong or crazy (which only happened once or twice during the event) they came to me quietly to let me know that they had fixed x,y,z. I would totally recommend Lauren & Angela. Not only are they professional and very easy to work with they are some pretty hip girls with amazing ideas! I can't wait to work with you two again!

She listened well, was easily reachable, and easy to work with. Her engaging ideas added a nice touch to the event. I had an untraditional color scheme for a baby boy shower (chartreuse, beige, & black.) I wanted it to feel elegant and feminine while still celebrating the birth of my son. Every last detail was handled with grace. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I look forward to working with the staff at Luxxe Events & Design again.

Absolutely worth the investment (honestly, very reasonable for full service planning & on-site coordination) and worth building into the budget. Wedding Planning Process: My husband and I booked Tejel within 2 weeks of getting engaged for the full wedding planning & onsite coordination and I think it was the best decision we made. From the first call, Tejel and I clicked & it felt like a huge weight was lifted immediately. To name a few of the many key aspects: we wanted a destination wedding, so Tejel suggested venues that fit our criteria. She then worked with us to find our DJ & priest, coordinating calls, helping negotiate pricing, and reviewing critical details. She reviewed our venue contracts, travel agency contracts, and other vendor contracts so that we didn't miss important items or flags. Tejel created timelines immediately, sending us the to-do lists & spreadsheets that would keep us organized in the months to come. During our scheduled calls, we went over next steps, action items, ideas, and more. Tejel was always handling the emails to the venue and our onsite coordinators, keeping us on copy, so knowing she had visibility + would initiate responses took a HUGE weight from our shoulders. She knew our budget and constraints, but also knew where we'd be flexible and her insight was invaluable! On-site Process: Tejel + her assistant made sure EACH event went off without a hitch. She worked with our on-site coordinators and teams to go through the sites, suggest placements for all items, and bring our vision to life. Our guests have been continuously talking about how punctual, organized, and beautiful each of our events were and that wouldn't have happened without Tejel. She kept EVERYONE on task (which is so hard to do in an Indian wedding, especially with lots of family members), she was great with both sides of our families, she communicated throughout each event with me and my husband, and she made sure the two of us ALWAYS had food for every single event. I heard from so many people that they don't get to try their food/dessert at their events, but we tried everything and that's because Tejel brought us the food & made us sit down to enjoy :) I could continue but I'm sure this review is long enough already - just know that Tejel will work SO hard to make sure that the bride & groom get what they envision while keeping stress at bay and the added bonus is that she's just great to get along with too!!
