Further, my decision was treated with respect which made me feel more confident about moving forward. I ended up getting masseter Botox for my TMJ. My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my injector is no longer at this business but I'd be willing to see others who are also qualified and experienced. I also appreciate the complementary 2 week follow up because it alleviates any concerns about possible complications.

I have only had Dysport, nothing else and recently went to an equally if not a better location for similar injectables at the Vancouver waterfront and it was a fraction of the price. You can also find Groupons (then cross check their Yelp reviews) for a fraction of that. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.

He has removed about 8 moles for me, some that were billable under insurance and some that I paid out of pocket. Out of pocket mole removal is expensive and I think more than other places charge but since I've gotten good results I've stuck with him. Out of the 8 I've gone back twice to have a mole shaved down a little further. He errs on the more cautious side as to not remove too much. He always asks if I'm sure if I want more taken off which always makes me second guess myself but I'm glad I've gotten them shaved down more because they end up being flush with my skin (but it is a risk he will always bring up). The follow ups to get the moles shaved down further cost me an office visit copay but nothing more (they don't charge twice if enough wasn't taken off). Minus a star because of a few things. The dermatologist appointments are always booked out about 5 months and these poor docs need more than a 15 minute appointment to see patients. Hire some more dermatologists ffs! If you're booked out 5 months and the docs are running around all day hire some more physicians! I've seen Dr. Alexander maybe around 7 times and although he's very nice and on time you can tell he's on time because he has to kind of rush. Also loathe the location. Tightly packed parking garage and too deep in Portland. I'll keep coming here for mole removals because I know he's good but for other dermatology needs I'd rather not drive to this location.

I looked online and was impressed that you could actually get a real quote from the site and the price included all pre & post op appointments and the anesthesia - there are NO hidden fees. I scheduled my appointment and after my consultation, I felt exactly the same about him and his team. I happily scheduled my appointment and then Covid struck hard. So after 3 months from the original appointment, I was finally able to get it done in June. I couldn't be happier with the results! I was in minimal pain and the pain pills prescribed to me were fine and I had enough of them. You leave in a minimal support front closed bra and after the first day, I took it off and haven't worn a bra since! I was off work for 5 days - I work at a desk in front of a computer - and that was fine. You will be feeling great after the 2nd day and you do need to remember that you just had surgery and to not do too much. Dr Connall called within a week to check on me and I just had my first in person follow up yesterday. He was happy with how things were healing and the progress of the implant settling. However, warning...if you are going significantly bigger...please remember that you will have chest muscle swelling and the breast skin needs to stretch for the implants to fall and settle. For some reason I thought I would look like Barbie right after...ummm...no...lol. But I am 5 weeks after surgery and they look great now and I know will look even better in the next few months. I would also recommend getting some nipple cream as they will get super sensitive as the skin stretches also. I found some organic breastfeeding nipple cream on Amazon and it has been amazing. All in all....if you ever thought you wanted to have it done...DO IT!!! I am so happy with the results and super happy I chose Dr Connall and his team!

A Cautionary Story -- What I Wish I'd Known Before My Breast Augmentation…read more In 2022, I finally decided to get my breast augmentation -- something I had dreamed about for years. I did my research carefully and chose this clinic because the surgeon promoted a "unique technique" that supposedly eliminates the need for a post-surgical compression bra during recovery. That promise was a huge part of why I trusted him with my body. At first, everything seemed fine. But once the swelling settled and I began to really look at my results, I noticed something was off. My left breast had shifted far to the side -- so much that when I lie flat, it literally slides toward the outer edge of my body. Standing up without a bra, my breasts sit noticeably wide apart. When I put on a bra and pull them together, I love the look. But without it, the symmetry and shape are disappointing -- and completely opposite of what I was told to expect. When I shared my concern during my final follow-up, the surgeon brushed it off with, "Side boob is a good look." Maybe for some women it is, but not when one breast has migrated halfway toward my armpit. That's not style -- that's structure gone wrong. I waited a few years to be sure my body had healed before reaching out again, hoping for an honest conversation about possible correction. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay $190 just for a consultation -- and that they don't offer complimentary post-surgery implant checks, even years later. I had assumed they would at least verify that the implants were still properly positioned and safe. For context, most women are required to wear a post-surgical compression bra (a supportive medical garment that holds the implants in place and helps the chest heal evenly). I wasn't asked to wear one because the surgeon claimed his "no-bra recovery method" made it unnecessary. In hindsight, I wish I had worn one anyway -- it might have prevented my outcome.

A few reasons why they were so amazing: I was worried and uncomfortable going into my consultation, but those feelings were quickly waived as I felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Cober. I didn't feel judged whatsoever. I felt I was in the right place, with a doctor that had very capable hands. It was recommended that I get a mammogram before my breast reduction. Not required, but recommended. This mammogram resulted in abnormal cells that had to be removed. Ended up calling 911 and spent 20 days in the hospital. Basically went septic. Glad to be alive. Had 6 surgeries in about 12 days to clean me up. Woke up from my emergency department surgery with a colonoscopy bag. Original surgery cost me $14k. Besides the cost of almost my life; $5k in expenses while in the hospital; haven't even begin to get all my hospital bills. Have a deformed side, lack of feeling in my lower back. Over all nice Dr. and beautiful office. Wasn't offered any compensation for my surgery. Suffering from pain and financial stress. Loss of work.. hundreds of miles and hours to numerous doctors appointments. Future surgery early 2024 to fix my colon. Just a sad situation. The surgeon had a bad shoulder and he himself needed surgery the day after performing my surgery. Would have been nice to have been aware of the surgeon's condition. So bummed at this outcome. Just make sure your doctors are fit for surgery and they EXPLAIN all the possible complications in detail. (They say in writing that they do) but they don't. Be your own advocate. Good luck.

Dr. Rajani is very personal, caring, approachable and experienced. I actually look forward to seeing his assistants at my appointment! I'm scared to take my face anywhere else! Before I found Dr. R, I was going to a recognized plastic surgeon at a major hospital who made me look worse (used the wrong filler under the eye) and he made my 65 year old mother look worse (by putting filler in the wrong place--very bottom heavy instead of more in the mid-face). Now that my mother and I have gone to Dr. Rajani for nearly three years, we look and feel better before all the time we wasted with the other "expert." Most people think I'm in my 20's when I'm 35. I was carded by an older bartender right after my last touch up with Dr. R--cracks me up! In the last 12 months, my under eye area suddenly became very dark, puffy with a distinct pigment line (I'm 35). Since Dr. R never put injections in that area, I assumed it was a health issue. After going to several doctors (dermatologist who does injections, eye doctor....), I went back to Dr. R for a little touch-up and he knew exactly the cause for my under eye issue....OLD FILLER from the plastic surgeon! That filler was four years old! Sure enough, when Dr. Rajani injected just the right amount of dissolver, the result was immediate. Dr. Rajani's experience gives him the advantage of knowing common "problems" that come with inexperienced work. Please be careful with who you allow to inject into your face! Did you know people can complete an online course to inject?! I thought I was being careful with an established plastic surgeon but the surgeon's lack of experience cost me time, money, stupid emotional worry and hundreds of dollars for various creams and potions. The other doctor's over-injection caused hyper pigmentation under my eye in addition to the puffy dark circles (which, Dr. R is developing a proprietary peel after seeing my situation. Talk about passion for the art of medicine and finding the best for his patients!). All my eye drama could have been avoided if I looked for a doctor like Dr. Rajani, who is recognized by the various filler companies as a trainer and for the amount of filler he sells. I have been coming to Dr. Rajani's clinic for various aesthetic treatments since 2013, and I have had nothing but excellent experiences due to the clinic's consistent expertise and commitment to superior customer service. It has been a pleasure to watch the practice evolve from just 2 dedicated people in a small clinic 2013 to the wonderful staff and extended facilities there today. What sets them apart aside from first-rate experience and service is also their commitment to listening to you, and to targeting treatments to your personal goals and budget. I have never felt pressured to try the "latest" treatment or to purchase something I didn't want just because it was available. And, no matter whether I was coming in for a $100 facial treatment or a more costly, extensive procedure, the staff made me feel like I was an important patient and did their best to ensure the results aligned with what I was expecting. Rajani's experience and training is unparalleled in the industry and it shows in their results, consistently. Still, they are somehow able to combine this great level of mastery of their field without coming off as arrogant or that feeling like they know better than you about what is best for your face. It's really about combining science and experience with each patient's individual goals to get the best possible outcome. Rajani and staff love their work, love helping people feel better, and it shows--and it's quite a feat to pull this off in the aesthetics industry which unfortunately attracts some practitioners who pursue profit by exploiting patient insecurities. First off- I am superate on posting a review! I had my first experience about 4 months ago I believe. I have had this awful deep horizontal frown line in the middle of my eyebrows for the longest time. I've always been embarrassed by it, and would try to hide it. I always looked mad, even when smiling Haha. I finally decided to do research for a few months and kept ending up at Style Aesthetics. I was super nervous going in for my first time. I was greeted so pleasantly and it helped ease me. The ladies are absolutely wonderful (have yet to meet the dr, I am sure I will soon enough! ). They talked with me about what problems concern me, and they never pressure you into getting something you don't want, or are unsure of. They fill you with knowledge! So I talked about the frown line, crows feet, double chin, bags under eyes and belly (I'm a mess haha). I got all the information I needed and wanted to start out with working on the frown line. They talked to me about Botox and Dysport and after learning the difference, I chose Dysport. I cannot remember entirely now- but I believe it lasts longer than Botox. I am terrified of needles and I could not feel a thing when they did it. Within a day I was seeing a small change and by the end of the week- I was amazed! I could not stop smiling and it made me feel really good about myself. I had scheduled my next appt for it 3 months out. On the 2nd appt, I did the frown line and crows feet. I STILL love it! They gave me a sample of a cream for under eyes and I love it but am looking forward to taking care of that a bit deeper...but first my double chin- kybella! Hoping to get it by end of March and will update once I do! :-) I would highly recommend this place and will continue to come. I had a micro glow facial (which is microneedling) with Katherine in Dr. Rajani's office yesterday. I struggle with my 1980's sun damage that's resulted in a terribly uneven skin tone, but this evened me out so much, and gave me such a nice glow, I think! And my skin is softer than a baby's bum! Katherine looks disarmingly young and was sweet as peaches, but don't let her baby face fool you! She is one well-educated, experienced cookie! I couldn't believe someone who looked as young as she looks could be as knowledgeable and experienced as she is. Clearly, she knows what to do to look youthful :-) She's no run-of-the-mill aesthetician. She's educated, certified, and experienced in anything and everything in which a master aesthetician can certify: from lasers to coolsculpting, chemical peels to microneedling, she offers a wealth of understanding, and she brings that to the consultation table like a powerhouse helping you achieve your skin goals. I'm working on achieving a healthier, younger, more-rested look, and, in my opinion, a healthy glow is a part of that. Katherine's microneedling does just that. The actual procedure does mildly hurt (I chose not to have numbing cream, but I have an absurdly high pain tolerance) so I would advise normal people to get numbing cream. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. My face was red for about 2 hours, so I'd advise microneedling at the end of your day if you can swing it. With my annoyingly sensitive skin, I was shocked the redness went away so fast. As microneedling treatments are continued, their effectiveness grows and grows. For my first time, I'm happy with the healthy look and uper-soft feel. If you have a special event coming up, I'd definitely recommend getting this done a few days before. read more

Not sure where to begin with all I could say about Dr. Rajani's staff and from recent experience with Jayde. Grew up here in Oregon but spent many years in So Cal, so my opinions are based on a love of natural beauty and also a fair amount of personal experience and a great deal of information from friends regarding the same sort of aesthetic treatment providers from Beverly Hills to Orange County. Style Aesthetics by Rajani MD is unique in it's format and method of dealing with clients when visiting....easy, comfortable and private. Unlike some providers who produce "extreme" results that are artificial and unhealthy looking, every treatment by Dr Rajani and Jayde that I've experienced or seen on others, are as they should be, the right amount to look and feel noticeably better, healthier, prettier....but not weirdly younger, over altered or fake. Knowing your providers have the right attitudes, aesthetic approach and care about you is what makes an enormous difference in results and just as important, how you feel. Jayde's professionalism, warmth and now obvious "great work" made it easy to commit to a series of treatments, which now over time have brought results that are as good as hoped for! That's saying a lot for non-invasive (and even surgery) results and not usually what I hear from others who have various treatments back in the uber-over-treatment culture of So Cal! For someone who is not even close to an over user or someone dependent on appearance enhancing procedures, I have to admit, I look forward to more treatments, the pleasant care and the improvements that follow a visit with Jayde. I absolutely love this place. They've created something really special here. I've been getting lip injections for years and have been to 4 places in two states, so I can tell you with confidence that Style Aesthetics is the best place I've ever been to. Their staff is kind and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and their prices are extremely fair. I've gotten injections with Jackie twice now (restylane for my lips, dysport for my face) and could not be happier with the results. The way our appointments have gone have been something along the lines of this: 1- we go over my goals for the appointment. where I want my injections and the look I'm trying to achieve. 2- she responds with a game plan on where the injections will go to achieve what I want and her opinion of how much I will need. I would (and do) trust their opinion. they're not trying to up sell you to make more money, they're actually trying to give you the best service possible. on more than one occasion they've actually saved me money by advising me not to do something ! 3- I get numbed up, and they do such a good job I honestly barely feel a thing which is a god send. 4- we get started with the procedure. they're so attentive and concerned that you're satisfied that they actually stop after every few minutes and have you look in a mirror to make sure you're on the right track. it's so awesome. no one ever does that !!! Dr. Rajani and his staff are not only the best in Oregon, but are one of the best aesthetic medical clinics in the US by far. I found their business on yelp two years ago and have been going to them ever since for Botox, fillers, skin treatments, and coolsculpting. I model and compete in my pageants (I'm a previous Miss Alaska USA), so finding someone to trust initially is hard, but now I will let nobody else touch my face!! The knowledge, care, and expertise that Dr. Rajani exhibits for injectables is superior to anyone else I have ever worked with. There is a reason that he is a nationwide trainer for other physicians and injectors, people want to learn from him because he is the best at what he does. The Style Aesthetics staff is super warm and welcoming, I always feel spoiled and refreshed during my visits. Also, their skincare products are top of the line! Love that they are freshly made here in Oregon. I found Style Aesthetics after doing much research online. I was interested in both Dysport as well as lip augmentation. This is something I had been considering for several years, but was very nervous to take the plunge. If you're a first timer, I highly recommend Style Aesthetics! The entire staff here was AMAZING. They were so kind and put me at ease instantly. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately placed in a treatment room and was kept inside until I was finished. They don't have a waiting room so keep all guests in a treatment room to increase privacy. During my consultation, I was given great information and they listened to all the things I wanted, but more importantly all the things I did NOT want. After listening to what I wanted, they provided additional recommendations, however I never once felt obligated to go through with any procedures they recommended outside what I initially wanted. I appreciated the reasoning behind techniques they use and the reasoning behind their additional recommendations as well as the honesty surrounding expectations. They discussed pricing and specials with me prior to deciding what I ultimately wanted to get done. During the services, they talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I am so pleased with my new refreshed and natural look! I am the typical 40 year old with some slight temple and cheek hollowing, hyperpigmentation and the slightest hint of fine lines beginning to show over the horizon. After consulting with Dr. Rajani we also identified that my hooded eyes could use a lift. To treat these issues, it only took 45 minutes including the consult(very pleasant bedside manner) and numbing. Treatment included a small amount of botox for lift on the outer part of the eyes and brows, botox to smoothe and soften fine lines around the eyes, smoothe threads above my eyebrows to boost my own natural collagen, filler in my cheeks and temple area to replace the volume lost over time. To address my under eye area he prescribed his own peptide eye cream. It is very rich and light with minimal smell. For my hyperpigmentation and melasma on my forehead I received a high 8% hydroquinone combined with other ingredients from his store called Plasma Bright. This stuff works very fast, 2 weeks in my case. This is my 3rd bottle. I love plump skin with a dewy look, so I received a pure hyaluronic acid clear serum from his store a well. I have not tried it yet. Pain. The treatments themselves felt very strange, but not in a painful way. All of this costs me around$2,400 out the door. Style Aesthetics is the ONLY place I will trust with any cosmetic procedure, and I couldn't be happier with my results. I am living out of state, but this place is by far worth the trip. About two years ago, I had my first Kybella treatment by Dr. Rajani under my chin. I didn't have A TON of extra fat, but I definitely wanted to have a more defined jawline and thinner profile. I felt comfortable the minute I walked into their office. Everyone was extremely warm and friendly, and were very transparent throughout the whole process of my treatment. I knew exactly what to expect during and after. The process was quick and I didn't experience much more than a little discomfort. After about a week of swelling, I began to see results that have never made me feel more confident. My profile and jawline is so much more defined, and my overall face looks thinner. Let me start by saying my attention to detail is extreme, especially when it comes to my face. That being said, I have been especially discerning when choosing who to trust as my cosmetic care provider. I have traveled out of state to see several cosmetic specialists and am beyond grateful to have finally found Dr. Rajani and his amazing staff. Not only is he an educator and pioneer in the field of minimally invasive cosmetics, he is extremely detail oriented, honest, caring, and is a true artist himself. I first saw him about a year ago for help with correcting a tear trough procedure that I had done by a different practitioner several years back which unfortunately left undesirable results. Dr. Rajani has been so patient and helpful in guiding me through the process of correcting this. I have since had a few other procedures and he continues to amaze me with his talent and expertise. I absolutely LOVE this practice/everyone who works there. It was by far the best/most professional experience I have ever had cosmetically. The people are so friendly, and make you feel so comfortable throughout your procedure. I had my first treatment of Kybella with Dr. Rejani about a year ago. I live out of state (and yes I will only go here), so I had to wait until I could visit to go in for my second treatment. I am so happy with my results I can't even put it in words. After my first treatment (which was super quick and painless), I saw results of a more defined jawline in about 2 weeks.. my swelling lasted a few days as expected but the results were more than I could have imagined after just one treatment. Seeing the before and after was so cool. I went in for my second treatment last weekend to do a little more contouring around my jawline and make it a little more defined. There was much less swelling the second time and I am already able to walk out into public very confidently (just a few days later). I can't wait to see the results this time and am SO much more confident with my image (especially my profile in pictures). If anyone is considering Kybella to define a little bit, DO IT. I've never had my lips done before and waited so long because terrified. A close friend of mine recommended Rajani and I finally made the appointment. To start the staff was absolutely amazing during the initial phone call where I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment everyone I met was absolutely great, professional and kind. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, all of my concerns were taken seriously, and I had complete confidence that what I wanted vs what I didn't want was understood completely. During the actual filler injections I was comfortable because of the staff, they handled my first time anxiety well, I was even able to see the in between process, I opted out knowing step by step but felt it was very professional that they offered. Afterwards I was nervous and they completely eased me and answered further questions that I had. I experienced some slight bruising and swelling but nothing that was terrifying. A few hours later I proudly posted a selfie. I had a half syringe done, which was important for me to find a practice that offered that being a first timer. I'm turning 45 and went in to Dr. Rajani for jowling. I'm very familiar with aesthetic medicine (and the many tools available) because my husband and I owned a med spa a few years ago. Consequently, I've received dermal fillers, etc. in the past but frankly, have been less than impressed with the results. I originally visited Dr. Rajani for Botox but mentioned I was really looking to have a facelift soon because the jowling bothered me so much. He said it was too early for a facelift and I still had a good 5 years before a respectable plastic surgeon would want to touch my face. He suggested Sculptra and I agreed. Well, I have never looked better! He was soooo right! I don't notice any jowling any longer and the results will keep getting better with Sculptra. I went in for my second session for Sculptra and he added a different filler to the area between my jaw and chin where the jowling was most evident. It was amazing how it transformed my face by the next day. The latest Sculptra session will take some time to show up, but I figure, I'll look even better in a few months! Dr.Rajani has become my go to for Injectables in Portland! I've had multiple services with him and his lovely staff. I always, feel welcomed, well informed and never pressured to do more than I had planned. Their facility is stylish, impeccably clean and very private. It's obvious that they pride themselves on keeping their client's experiences discrete and respected. My initial consultation for facial work was excellent, I expressed my "falling face" concerns and desire to begin a maintenance program and Dr. Rajani and his lead assistant recommended a package completely customized to me. It was evident that he wanted what was best for me and my future look. And what impressed me most is that he didn't recommend or try to "sell" me on something I didn't need yet. (BOTOX) I also had a Microdermabrasion with PRF treatment done with Katarina and she was the sweetest and so efficient! They had me in and and out of there in an hour and I never once felt rushed. I had a VFR treatment and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I have dealt with acne scars for years and I have tried many other treatments, but nothing else has worked like this one. My skin texture is so much smoother. VFR has improved my fine lines and wrinkles as well as the acne. Overall, my skin looks much more youthful and healthy. Jamie did an incredible job- she is knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. I trust her 100%. He was highly recommended to me from a beautiful friend of mine. I've been getting Botox for about 8 years now because I believe in preventative options and I have sleeper lines under my eyes that I hate. I've seen a bunch of different Med spas/surgeons, I'm usually okay with the results, Everyone just told me there is nothing they could do about my sleeper lines, minimize them at best, all very different results. Then I saw Dr. Rajani and for the first time my sleep wrinkles disappeared. I cant say enough great things about him and his beautiful friendly staff, not to mention he is the only one that administers the injections. They have a way with making you feel comfortable and safe, I have 100% trust in him and his staff. After loosing a considerable amount of weight, I lost the plumpness, elasticity and developed deeper expression lines in my face. I was looking for a procedure with a natural result and was referred to Dr. Rajani. He suggested plasma sculpt, a combination of Sculptra and PRF. Even a year later and I couldn't be happier with my results. After my weight loss and continued daily efforts at the gym with strength training, I was left with a small amount of stubborn fat and loose skin. Dr. Rajani's office performed Cool Sculpting on my abdomen and arms. The results were more than I expected. It left me with more definition and less loose skin. DOCTOR OR ARTIST? I have been a patient of Dr. Rajani's for many years. I have seen him for a variety of fillers including Voluma, Sculptra and Botox, as well as Microneedling and my all-time favorite, the V Peel. Not only is Dr. Rajani a physician with rock-solid credentials, he is also an artist. He approaches his work just as an artist would approach painting a canvas. The artist has a vision of the end result, and thus knows precisely where on the canvas to touch his paintbrush. In the same manner, Dr. Rajani knows exactly where on the face to place the needle for a bruise free injection. And the best part is that you will never experience anything remotely resembling high-pressure sales. That approach just doesn't happen here! If you want to see an actual board-certified dermatologist, expect a significant additional wait that they will not mention unless you specifically ask.
