Style by Imagination is an awesome salon. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and friendly. My stylist Mayra is incredible. I started going to her about 7 years ago and will never leave. My hair was in such bad shape; brittle and breaking severely. Ever since I started allowing Mayra to care for my hair, it's has been like day and night. My hair is now so long and strong. I'm always being asked if its my real hair. Gina the owner is also awesome. She is an expert at what she does and is artistic with her coloring. I enjoy just watching her do what she does best. Been coming to this hair salon for little over a year for haircuts by Gina and updos by Mariela and loved everything they have done but my visit this weekend blew my mind. It was my first time ever coloring my hair and my nerves were crazy but the second I showed Gina a picture of what I was looking for - I felt so calm and so confident she knew exactly what I wanted. The color mix Gina chose was perfect! Cristina put it on so well then Gina did the highlights and haircut and Mariela blow dried it beautifully. Wow! What a dream it is to work with Gina and her team. It's such a cozy feel and their work is impeccable. I came to Gina by recommendation and she listened to all of my wants. She gave her expert advice and I felt like I trusted her completely to execute my vision and all in one sitting! Gina and her staff are phenomenal!!! Ever since the first time I came I've gotten treated with the upmost service care and respect. I will not go to any other hair salon because I know I won't get better service anywhere else. I have recommended everyone I know to go there for every type of service. For the longest time my wife has been looking for the perfect hairstylist even as far as going to far places on Connecticut and New Jersey until she found this place near home called STYLE BY IMAGINATION. A few times when getting a hair cut I have asked for a specific length and find that hair dressers don't listen. However, Gina does an amazing job at giving you exactly what you ask for.
