This place has a one person at a time dressing room policy. Which is fine...if it was posted. My friend had tried on a dress and showed me. It looked nice I just went in there to try it on. As soon as I get it on one of the workers starts knocking like the police. She screams only "one person at a time!" She could have said: "excuse me but our policy is only one person at a time." No need for the po po knock, a slight tap would have been fine. I put that dress back and left. And off to Forever I went.

The bad: Some of the aisles were narrow and just barely enough for the cart to fit. There were some cutting boards that were cracked. I feel like the clothes are out of style/cheaper quality. A lot of the shoes were stiff. The interesting: They had a lot of Mexican snacks in the check-out aisle area. Their kids clothes seem slightly smaller than average sizing.

I was surprised that they actually expanded the store and half of the store is catered for plus size clothing, which is great! I am not much of a color or crazy pattern kind of girl. I like solid colored shirts with a nice shape to them. When I need just a basic long sleeve shirt, this place is a great spot for it! Their long sleeves are around 5 bucks which is fair. They last pretty long and I wash the two I bought from here pretty often. This place doesn't offer anything special! They are just really convenient to shop at. It is a bit annoying when there is a line and two registers but the owner doesn't help by double ringing. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. Over the past year, l've noticed a big improvement in how things are run, and I truly think the new store manager deserves credit for that. In previous years, when I brought in clothes to sell, my experiences with some of the buyers felt very unprofessional, in fact I had multiple bad experiences with one of the female buyers that I notice still works there. She was very rude and condescending and now when I come in to sell I specifically don't want her to attend me. However, this year has been a completely different story. The newer buyers seem much better trained, more organized, respectful, and clear in how they take care of their customers. The whole process feels smoother and more customer-focused now, which makes a huge difference. In fact, today I had a question about the pricing of some of my items and the new store manager was very helpful and I left feeling very happy! Because of these positive changes, I actually look forward to bringing items in again, and I feel more confident in the process when working with the newer staff. Overall, I'm glad to see the progress and hope it continues in this direction. I have also recommended this location to my family and friends and they love the store!
