Erik, the owner, was quick at responding and easy to talk and coordinate with. The date I ended up picking was about 2.5 weeks from when I first reached out which was good with me. I showed up day of to select the tint that I wanted, dropped my car off, and was told it'd be ready for pickup in an hour. The quality of the tint was top notch, and I've had zero issues with it warping, discoloring, or peeling a month later. It reduces the interior temperature of my car during these hot days.
