Jessica did a colour correction and brought my hair back to normality. But honestly just saying she did a colour correction doesn't even begin to explain the lengths she went to fixing my hair. She worked her artistry and there was just so many steps involved. And she works quickly and efficiently as well. But the best part is that she's just so nice! It's my second time here! I came in knowing vaguely what I wanted (Some sort of lighter brown with bangs since I had black hair with no bangs lol). We chatted and then I simply trusted the process. She ended up giving me curtain bangs that can also be a little wispy also, and cut my hair to a length that looked soooo good. There was so much attention to detail when she was cutting too. It was great. For the color, she said that a lighter color might not actually look the best on me and a subtle brown might be better! I was pretty down for whatever she thought looked good so I trusted the process again. Let me tell you... this subtle brown looked so good with the cut. Also, my hair? Soft as HECK. It was kinda gritty before so I was shook when I touched my hair after the appt. She chatted with me lots and also gave me space too. It was a great balance and also she answered my questions!! I always have so many questions and she answered them all for me!! Including... how to style my hair because I suck at those things. I'll take any advice and tips I can get. Price is reasonable for OC too! TLDR; I walked in with messy hair that made me look dead inside and walked out with softer dyed hair AND styling knowledge. If that isn't a win, I don't know what is.

She was an hour and a half late to my appointment because she chose to service a late client with extensions, 2. She tried to reschedule my appointment a week before Labor Day because she mismanaged her schedule with her kids, 3. TODAY 12/14 she tries to inform me a week before holidays she can no longer see me as she mismanaged her schedule again, a week before holidays is so unprofessional. So please if you're booking choose any other stylist...I'm so utterly disappointed will NEVER return here and advise everyone to steer clear !!!
