I have received so many compliments on my hair when I'm out in the public it's pretty flattering. Her work is amazing enough that I have referred many friends that still to this day use her services and can't thank me enough for the great referral. I cannot say enough good things about her as a person and more so of her hairdressing style. She pays close attention to your wants and you walk out with more than you expected. I have came to this salon since my old stylist moved here, and she's been nothing but a problem, if you go here DO NOT book with Cici Cormier, over the past months she has caused mishaps to my appointments, 1. She was an hour and a half late to my appointment because she chose to service a late client with extensions, 2. She tried to reschedule my appointment a week before Labor Day because she mismanaged her schedule with her kids, 3. TODAY 12/14 she tries to inform me a week before holidays she can no longer see me as she mismanaged her schedule again, a week before holidays is so unprofessional. It had been almost NINE months since my hair was touched due to COVID and my usual hairstylist canceled on me twice so I was desperate to get my hair done. Kelly started with giving me a fabulous wash, she made great conversation and it felt very relaxed. Once Sheena was ready to get started she spent some time looking at my hair and growth patterns giving me guidance and tips for hair growth goals. When it came down to the cut it was quick and she explained what would suit my face shape and hair type. After we finished she styled my hair in some soft waves and showed me how to apply a couple products to get the look I was going for. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Sun Hee ruined my life and destroyed my hair. Run the other way. I could box dye blind without this much damage. All my hair has fallen off and I can no longer wear it down. I used to have the thickest healthiest hair on the planet, and I now have NO hair in the back and only a few strands to show in the front. This place will forever go down in my mind as the worst hairstylist experience of my life. I rather have had a 4 year old without directions dye my hair. A horrific place. DO NOT GO! I love this place for many reasons. First, let me start with my hair stylist Jaime Graham, who has been doing my hair forever. Whether I come in with an idea or ask her to be spontaneous she always nails it. She is a master with shears and an artist with color. My next adventure with her will be hair extensions for my wedding. I have been going to Mai for eyelash extensions for a little over 10 years now. She does the most amazing work! My natural lashes are very short and thin, but she makes my lashes look so incredibly long, full, and absolutely amazing. Mai is very professional, and is always on time.
