So a couple weeks ago we went into the store, cause we where "in town" and the young sales girl was super friendly, I explained that I never got a return phone call, she took down my information again, even saying "oh I remember you calling" and still weeks after our visit, STILL NO PHONE CALL!! I just don't get it! I was born and raised here and I want to shop local but I guess I'll have to shop local somewhere else!! Your loss Hue, it was gonna be a big remodeling project.

Materials took a few weeks to arrive, they installed everything in the morning one day and everything was PERFECT! One of our windows were mistakenly sent the wrong size blind, they reordered the replacement and installed it quickly.
