I've been coming here for about 5 months now and have been having a positive experience overall however my last two experiences have not been that great. Pros: The staff always greet you and are super welcoming when you enter. I always feel special when I come in. They are very attentive and make you feel very comfortable. I absolutely love the green tea pedi. It is super relaxing and I find that the staff do a thorough job. They also give the best foot massage. Cons: I am a disappointed in my last 2 experiences here. I got a regular manicure done on Sunday because the dip powder I got done her last time completely ruined my nails. The nail tech put way too much powder on my nails in my previous visit and spent hours filing and buffing it down which resulted in my nails being weakened. On Sun, I soaked off the powder and got a basic mani and my nails have completely chipped off 2 days later (see blue nails below.) I feel like I've done them myself. When I first started coming here, I would get gel polish but I found that usually chipped within 2 days. I switched to powder dip and that has been working better but my last set completely ruined my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and I was burned by the nail tech. Below my eye or was red and swollen by time I got home. I also find that the prices of the same items change every time I am here. The staff does not seem to remember me even though I come here every month so each month they tell me a different prices for the same service. While the staff is very friendly and attentive, the quality of my nails is not consistent. Great experience here and will definitely come back. The ladies working here are SO sweet and they give you all sorts of extras. First off, they do temperature checks which is an extra step many places don't take and very appreciated, not because it's really the best indicator of people having covid (because it's not, you can have it without a fever) but it does show me they are going above and beyond. Naturally everyone had masks, they have partitions between the nail techs and people getting manis, and they even sell KN95 masks. Secondly, the pedicure was great and my lady was sweet and skilled. She did a great job on my toes and gave a nice relaxing massage/treatment. They gave me a masque for my hands which was a great extra touch, and they do a little lottery style thing where you draw a piece of paper from a jar and you get something free - I got an additional free hand masque to take home. So nice! They also have a GREAT Yelp check in so make sure to check in and use it! read more

I went there to get a manicure and it was overall an OK experience. The 3 stars is for how nice my nails looked after the manicure - the nail artist did a great job. They offer you drinks and even snacks (this was a first!) And they're very hygienic which I appreciated. What threw me off is how mid-manicure, the nail artist asked me to pay and stopped the session. I was taken aback, I have normally tipped and paid at the end. It was very abrupt and uncomfortable and the manager also told me that tip is in cash only. I felt awkward and tipped the nail artist in the middle of the session and then afterwards we resumed. I was shocked by this experience tbh. I don't even mind tipping and paying upfront but why in the middle?? If messing up nails is the excuse then ask customers to pay upfront instead of mid-session. The nail drying thing was also uncomfortable - you have to press down for the dryer to work and it becomes tiring when youre doing it for liek 10 or 15 mins. The nail artist didn't give me an exact time or let me know when to end so I kind of guessed. Overall, manicure was great and the amenities are nice but the middle payment was really what made the experience uncomfortable. I've been to many nail salons and this was a first. read more

Went a week ago to do powder SNS. Four days later, 4 nails are chipped/cracked. When i called, the lady in the front desk was nice enough to tell me to go in to fix them. When i got there the lady who redid my nails was rude. I asked her several questions regarding of reasons why my SNS powder nails could have chipped and what i can do to avoid it going further and she told me "im just fixing your nails okay." -Basically telling me to shush. To fix my cracked nails, she filed the clear polish off on top, and rediped my nail in the powder. Not bothering to redo the four nails and Leaving the cracked nails underneath. Some of my nails have 2 powder dips and the 4 nails that were cracked have 3 powder dips. For someone like me who has been using Sns powder for years- this is the first place i have gone to that has redone cracked/chipped nails like this. Such a waste of $65 read more

I won't be visiting again. There are a number of pros to this place including quality nail polish, friendly staff, complimentary beverages and very hygienic practices. I got a basic pedi and the results are terrible. I was placed under the dryer and immediately asked to pay and told to pay the tip in cash and if it cannot be in cash that I need to use their ATM. This spoiled the mood for me because I should pay once the service is completed. After my toes were dry, I finally got a chance to look and they are terrible. The application is not even, my toes are not shaped properly, there is spillage and they are bumpy. The techs need more training. My toes should not look so amateur, especially for the price. I intend to take these off immediately and do them myself, essentially wasting money. Overall, there's a lot of positives about this place however their staff needs to be retrained on how to do nails ASAP. read more

I told friends and even brought people to the salon. But the last 5 times I've left thinking, hmmm maybe I got someone new, or someone had a bad day, and because the reviews stayed strong and they are nice, I kept going back. After this last experience I'm going to look elsewhere. I wish I remembered the names of the first women I saw bc they were great. Maybe they started hiring unqualified people because they got busy, or maybe they got lazy, but the service now is often sub par, they barely use the pumice to smooth my feet and the calf/hand massages that started out amazing has become lackluster. I liked that they have waterless manis but lots of places do that now. But my biggest gripe is the quality of the polish application!! Omg my 5 year old niece could have done better than what I received on my last visit. I should have known as soon as she started to scrape polish off my cuticles with HER nails after each application that she wasn't able to paint within the lines. Plus that doesn't seem hygienic. I didn't realize how bad the job was until I left and was headed out of town the next day on vacation so I couldn't get it corrected. Beside who wants to have to go back and deal with that?! The place was nice, clean and friendly. I was offered a beverage as soon as I walked in. The nail techs were very professional, but this is where the positives started and ended. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The manicure looked sloppy and rushed. My thumb chipped that same night. The pedicure looks neat, but my big toe has already chipped and it's been TWO days. I've been getting gel for years, and this is the first time I've ever had it chip -- I've had non-gel mani/pedis that last longer than this. I wanted to try this spot because of their cheaper prices, but I was deeply disappointed. Not sure if it was the bad technician or poor quality gel. I want to go back and get a refund, but I won't be in town until next Wednesday, a week after I got the manicure. Who knows how horrible my nails will look by then. I really wanted to like this place as it's super convenient location for me, but after visiting there 5x (2 gel manicures, 2 regular pedicures, 1 sns powder), I think it's safe to say that this place aint it. I think the best person that did my nails was the young guy with glasses. He was meticulous and gentle, and the korean gel manicure he put on me lasted almost 4 weeks. However, he didnt cover the nail fully and the same thing happened with my regular pedicure. I came back for another gel manicure and the lady that I got was sloppy. Gel lasted less than a week and I had to come back twice to fix 2 nails because I didnt pay $55 just to have the color last a week. Decided to come get dip powder nails (SNS) and this girl was even more sloppy and totally inexperienced based on how she handled the products. She barely knew how to use a file, let alone the machine one, and the step by step process wasnt how my other nail lady would do dip. She was about to let me walk out of there with super thick nails even though I insisted on filing them down. She only agreed to do so when the other younger lady told her to do so. 10 days later, my dip powder has cracked and fallen apart. Truly a poor job and a waste of money on this one ($67 for dip after tip). Note you can pay with card, but tip in cash. read more

First mani/pedi in over a year. Way overdue! The nail salon was very clean and there was disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer available. They take your temperature when you arrive, but like many other places, the thermometer doesn't appear to work so it's more for show. We happened to be the first two people there and had the place to ourselves for almost an hour. All staff wore masks and there are plexiglass dividers at the manicure stations, but no dividers or separators for pedicures. Service was incredible and I'm grateful to have had this moment of relaxation! read more

First off this salon is very hygienic-- they line the pedicure station with plastic in between customers and the tools they use are individual use as well. I think your experience will largely be affected by who does your nails. My sisters had a pretty good experience which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. The man doing my pedicure didn't understand English at all so there was just no communication, so if you need anything more than a basic pedicure maybe not the person for you. The woman doing my manicure was so fast and rough she gave me nicks and cuts doing my cuticles, which I felt immediately when she used acetone to clean my nails as it burned like crazy. I started last of my group but finished first, just to give you an idea. I've attached a photo as well where you can see a more prominent nick I got from the rushed nail job. I live a few blocks from here, but have never come, because I live above two nail salons. (If you live in the neighborhood, you know which ones I'm talking about.) The better one closes at 8 and I needed a pedi at 8:15 and it was a nice night, so I decided to take a walk. I'm glad I did. First off, the inside is lovely, as you can see in some of the photos posted by other reviewers. Also, the selection of colors is wide (I even saw color palettes displayed according to the Pantone colors - what a cool touch!). And the service is in line with what other reviewers said. In terms of sanitation, I loved that they used a plastic bag to line the inside of the bin and a disposable nail file pack for each customer. Second, they did a great job on the pedi, itself (my attention to detail is almost to a fault and it usually pains me to let others do my nails, because I can do a better job myself, but enjoy the pampering of a good pedi). It was also a nice touch to put these little softening steam packets on my heels at the end of the service. If I'm ever too late for my usual pedi place (or maybe if I'm not), I will definitely come back here! read more

This place is really is amazing and I loved coming here today. Which was on a whim. Worth every dollar spent. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and out coats taken and hung up. My purse was placed in a basket and carried for me. Was told the usual "pick a color" and offered something to drink; water, tea, coffee, soda, or wine. Pedi was great. Lined with plastic and tools taken from a sanitary bag. Massage was great. Polish was not dry and thick like most places. Mani was also great. They used keratin gloves which I really loved! There was no over cutting of cuticles no harsh buffing on my nails. Bathroom clean! Over cleanliness is superb.
