I walked in on a Friday morning and was the only person in the small shop, but no more than 2 minutes later, the shop was filled with about six or seven other people, all of whom knew Cleve and the security guard. Luckily I had gotten there first and his guy in the back was already working on my watches. In the meantime, I got to talked him about some of the coins and other wares that he had in his store and listened to the interesting conversations from everybody else coming in. They were only able to replace the batteries in three of my watches, and did so in about 5 minutes for $5 a pop. The other two, he recommended a jewelry repair shop down the road called Ed's. It was a very short experience but a very pleasurable one and something that you rarely see anymore. It's almost like I was on Mayberry Street in. Andy Griffith. Everybody knew each other, everybody was having fun, and it was very welcoming. I would definitely come back here to get batteries replaced and maybe even two trade some stuff in or see what he has on hand.

We worked…read morewith a representative named Erin, who was incredibly helpful during the diamond selection process and helped us create the engagement ring of my dreams. At that point, we were excited to continue working with Ben Bridge for our wedding bands. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When we returned to order our wedding bands--simple, classic gold bands--we learned Erin was no longer working there. From then on, the service became inconsistent. We were shuffled between different staff members due to scheduling issues, and no one seemed to take ownership of our experience. About 10 days ago, I visited the store intending to order and pay for our bands. I was told they needed to contact a third-party vendor for updated pricing and would call me Monday. I was also told they couldn't take payment over the phone, even though I made it clear I wouldn't be able to return until the weekend due to my work schedule. No one called. So I returned that Saturday, only to be quoted $3,500--up from $2,700 just two weeks prior. That's a 22% increase, and when I asked why, the sales associate, Angela, rolled her eyes and started being disrespectful and condescending giving me the excuse that "the cost of gold goes up." Except--it actually hasn't. In fact, gold prices per oz has declined by about 2.6% over the past two weeks. Her condescending tone made it feel like she assumed we were too ignorant to know better. This kind of treatment was shocking, especially after spending $5,000 with Ben Bridge and returning to spend another $4,000. We ended up walking across the hallway to two other jewelers, received clear, fair quotes in MINUTES --without the attitude or hassles --and made our purchase elsewhere. My advice: avoid Ben Bridge. The customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. We will never return.

They just stuck them together in a quick, easy, HORRIBLE design. It was terrible! My husband suggested bringing my necklace to AB Jewelers in the Trader Joe's shopping center. They were extremely helpful and had a great idea for my necklace. I couldn't be happier with the end product! I also needed my wedding ring enlarged due to arthritic knuckles. They not only strengthened the ring but polished it to a brightness I haven't seen since we purchased it 49 years ago. This is what a top quality jewelry store should be! Thanks so much for your care and concern for my jewelry-it is much appreciated!

You stated things that are simply untrue but I am not going to bother clarifying your errors. I was going to remove my review because I actually felt empathy (something most are void of these days), but after reading your reply, I will keep my review in place. I can never understand why some businesses as yours cannot take any responsibility for your failures, then you twist and distort the truth to make you look innocent, as you place the blame on me, the consumer, making me look bad. So when a customer has a problem with your business, you automatically throw them under the bus? Unbelievable and disgusting of you. It must be a defense mechanism or just a sleazy Vegas thing. Goodbye. *** Been thinking about this review and felt it needed to be said. I came in with a new $2,500 musical pocket watch with a defective front lid that I wanted fixed; it didn't open to a 90-degree angle and the music kept playing after the lid was shut (which should turn off). The watch repair person (Alfonso) wasn't available but is only there for the first two hours in the morning. Not convenient for customers. One of the girls, Angie, told me to leave the watch there and he'd look at it. I wanted to talk with him personally so she took some photos of the watch and told me she'd talk with Alfonso in the morning. The next morning I called but he wasn't there or couldn't talk on the phone, or didn't want to. Angie got passive-aggressive with me and said I should've left the watch -- totally overlooking that she told me that she'd talk with him. I was told to bring it in. Two days later, I brought it in, talked with Eric (Alfonso's assistant) who was super nice, then Alfonso came out to talk with me. My first impression of him was a big sigh and a look of frustration on his face while looking at my watch. He told me to leave it with him to see if he could fix the lid -- no charge if he couldn't. I accepted and left the watch there. I asked Eric how long it would take and I was told two weeks. Seemed like a long time to troubleshoot a lid but fine. Two weeks went by without a word. I called and asked about my watch and was told to call Alfonso the next morning. The next morning I called and he asked me if I could wait the following Monday. That was fine. Monday came and they were closed. I called and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. I called Tuesday morning and talked with Alfonso. He then told me to come in on Thursday morning. As I was trying to ask him questions about the repair status, he kept putting me off and wanted to get off the phone. It was frustrating trying to get some simple information about my watch but it was like pulling teeth to keep Alfonso on the phone for 60 seconds. The next day (Wednesday) Alfonso called me (first time anyone called me). He asked me to come in now. I live in Boulder City and couldn't just drop everything, jump in the car, and make that ridiculous drive up to Green Valley. I still couldn't get solid information from him. Thursday morning I went in and asked the other girl there if I could see Alfonso. She seemed less than thrilled for some reason. Snooty. Alfonso came out with the watch and he explained what he did (I think?) but vaguely. I asked if the music stopped now when the lid is closed. He said yes, though not seconds later the watch started playing the music with the lid closed. Alfonso looked like he was in a hurry, took it in the back, did who-knows-what, and came back out less than a minute later. I looked at the girl and said the watch was sitting here for three weeks and she mumbled something under her breath in a rude manner. The music stopped playing when the lid closed. Not sure what he did but probably bent the lid to engage the button. As for the lid opening, he couldn't fix it. Not sure why. I didn't fully understand, but couldn't fix it. No charge. Alfonso was nice enough but made no excuses or apologies. The watch was there for three weeks and a day, and not much was done to it. I took the watch and left. A few days later, the watch started playing music again with the lid closed. What a colossal waste of time, driving, and leaving the watch there for three weeks almost untouched when I could've found another jeweler to fix it. The girls who work there are rude curtsy children, but Eric was the only one there who showed genuine friendliness and respect. To think I was about to buy one of their pocket watches in the display cabinet, I decided not to because of the overall bad service I got. I won't be back.

My first necklace was from the Eastern location back in December 2023, and I loved it so much that I went back in December 2025 to add two more pieces to create a layered look that I wear daily. I get compliments on them constantly. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the quality is outstanding, and the pricing is fair for what you're getting. These pieces truly feel luxurious without being over-the-top. I honestly feel like a million bucks when I wear them. Both locations are beautifully decorated and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful -- not pushy, just knowledgeable and patient. A special thank you to Alane for helping me curate the perfect three-necklace layered set. She has such a great eye and really knows how to put pieces together in a way that feels effortless and elegant. Highly recommend if you're looking for high-quality jewelry that makes you feel confident and polished.
