Jamie and Jay are always so welcoming and kind. I observe them with other customers, and they always greet us by name and make us feel right at home. Upon walking in, I was nervous because there were only 2 technicians. One doing feet & one doing hands. I thought there was going to be a long wait, but these 2 women were fast & efficient without losing quality. Both women would ask for your approval, making sure expectations were met. Both women were gentle as well. I showed the designs, shape, including colors I wanted & they were matched to the T. A couple of my nails grow downward for some reason & she was also to fix them without using fake nails. The 2 kids were assisting with prepping, applying the final touches, ringing customers out & scheduling. I made sure to make another appointment before I left. Multiple people came in & called in asking for appointments & they were booked.
