This salon seems to specialize it in acrylics. I got a gel manicure. It was as expected, nothing extraordinary. I got the #3 pedicure with scrub and callus remover. It is the best pedicure I've ever had. The paint job deserved 4 stars but there was a great attention to the scrubbing and filling. I would get the pedicure again. read more

Horrible customer service, rude nail attendants. I went here because I didn't have time to go to my usual nail place and I decided to go basic. Who could mess up basic?? They did, the polish job was horrible on my hands and feet. I paid $17 for my daughter a pedicure pale pink the lady was trying to force red, my daughter is 6, no pink. I came here without an appointment, but the lady said she would be able to see me in 10 minutes. I took a seat. About 15 minutes later, she offered me a chair, but there was a lady who was there before me, so I said she should go first. She said it would be another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I was still waiting, so I said I was going to leave. To appease me, they put me in a chair, but left me unattended for another 10 minutes. Do not go to Lingh the manager of shop. I went in for a simple basic manicure, she convinced me to get a full set. I asked for almond shape and gave me pistachio. Instead of Gossiping about your patrons in the shop. You should focus on your work. Just a heads up Google translate works swell at your shop. read more

I went here at opening time on 2/10 because of all the reviews I have seen about them raved about how great they are. I have no complaints. They have a big selection of colors for everything. I usually don't post reviews but this place was the worst. I came in with my mom to get pedicures. No one greeted us or anything. The ladies didn't even ask if we wanted to shape or cut the toenails or what shape we wanted. Didn't scrub much or even file the nails enough. Apparently they didn't even have the color we chose and their reason was because they were old color samples. The pedicure was finished in less than half hour. Definitely not going back! read more

This is my to go nail spot. I was in yesterday I got a full set power and I love it!!! My mom , my cousin , my niece and myself went in. We got there at about 3:15, my mom went first at about 3:30, got a pedicure and she diabetic. She wanted chrome, the ladies doing her nails explained that the color is only on gel. I agree and told her that was ok. My mom had all black nails ready to get them chrome with a powder when she states "chrome is an extra $10" . I wasn't aware of it being now an extra $20. So we just decided not to pay for the extra $10 for chrome. So I just told her just to paint them red jell instead. So she proceeded to paint red polish over the black. My mom did not like them. So she went ahead and took all the jell polish off, at this point the jell polish was thick in her nails. So the lady went on and was filling them down with a little machine. Half way threw, my mom said she didn't want them to do that because it was painful. She's diabetic and the continued to do it. They left my mom nails horrible and still charged me $20. First time there yesterday. I walked in for a pedicure. The place looked clean which was nice. I noticed they did not use plastic in the pedi-tubs. Hmmm.. that kind of caught my attention when one customer was finished next to me and the guy just let the water out and sprayed something quick, then filled for the next customer. For whatever reason, the girl felt as if she needed to cut the entire way down the sides of my toenails. It hurt and I had never experienced that before. At one point she cut me and I jumped. She never apologized, just told me "don't move." I told her the only reason I jumped was because she cut me. Well she made 4 of my toenails bleed down the side. On 2 of them that were bad, she put this blue stuff out of a little bottle. I'm assuming it was a disinfectant of some kind. She actually touched the bottle on my toes where it was bleeding instead of letting it drip. I'm praying I don't end up with some kind of fungus or infection. I don't think that is proper procedure, and it's not sanitary. I paid, I tipped her, but I won't go back. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. read more

I came in on Feb 22nd , spent 75$ on a full set with 2 nails of rhinestones which I dont mind at all, but it is now the 5th not even 2 weeks later and my gel is chipping, diamonds falling off, and now my nail flew off! Ben (the gentleman that did my nails) was very cautious and did an overall amazing job on my nails!! The environment was calming, quiet and very clean. The younger girl did them and they weren't thick, I believe they charged her less than $30 for a full set and it was definitely worth it.
