The girl who does the red light comes out to the receptionist and says "my client is 20 minutes late??" And the receptionist says no she's been here for 30 minutes, I told you she was here. So they have horrible communication and I heard the whole thing I was sitting right there. The red light is whatever, the room is extremely cold and it's awkward that she talks to you for so long while naked. I'd prefer she tells me about the service while I'm dressed and when she's ready to take measurements and turn the light on that she has me undressed. I was naked and talking to her for over 10 minutes in a cold room. There was a little space heater but she shut it off. After the red light you do a vibration plate which is shoved in a corner and I was right on top of a man laying in a bed getting another therapy. So he's laying there in pain getting therapy since it's an injury place, and I'm not even 12 inches away from him, standing basically over top him on a vibration plate. Very awkward. They could have the plate in the same room as the red light or literally anywhere else. Seems like they shoved this new service in wherever they could fit it. She says she will be back in 10 minutes to assist me but never came back and I didn't know where to go until someone walked me to her office. Then they tell you the total inches you lost but not where. I'd like to have my inches before and after written down and given to me, so I can see the math myself. Who knows if the number she gave me is even real or if the math is correct? She tries to sell you on a package or doing some GLP one powder. She said she would send me more information and links if I decide to sign up after I left but I never got them. She also talks about how her boss pressures her to have everyone that comes in get a membership and gives her a hard time if they don't sign up, which was unprofessional. Felt like a gossip session. I noticed the slightest results ever, but the whole awkward experience did not make it worth it for me. I do believe the red light works if you are consistent but I'd rather go somewhere nicer, more organized and cleaner.

I had just assumed that a massage would do the trick and alleviate the pain that I was having (especially while walking), but after a thorough intake and initial assessment, and I now have a small understanding as to why they do what they do. This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

We went to dignity health for a kidney stone that needed a scan for confirmation. We ended up paying our ER copay for the first facility then got a bill to pay the same ER copay for the second facility! What a scam! We will never do business with Dignity Health again. We asked them if we would be billed twice and they said no we should be fine since it would be a "transfer". Apparently not. They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.

She told me to do three extra quick exercises and told me that I was done. Next to me a woman with elevated legs who fell asleep and started snoring. Then there was a big loud announcement that someone was snoring. Then the girl couches ran over to her and were laughing telling the woman that she was snoring. They also told her that she was done for the day. I doubt a few minutes with her legs elevated helped her much for whatever her problem was....I also don't think the 3 minutes of exercise they told me to do was worth the trip or co-pay here. My take is that you can have a good experience here and it can also go no so well. The office duty can be improved. Also the care quality can be improved. After my last visit I have no reason to return unless I feel like deducting $65. there for my co-pay instead of losing it in a slot machine.

Its never been structured like that. My insurance sends me here everytime and I'm ok with it. Some assistants are better than others-Tyler is really knowledgeable and kicks your butt, Chris and Bryce are also very knowledgeable and are ready for the ice packs at the end. Jasmine the actual pt can do dry needling and cupping. So if you need those specialized treatments be sure to ask when booking your first evaluation appointment. I love this group. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

The other staff like, Britney, Kelcie, has a strong & firm grip of massaging areas that needs to be unknotted. Brian, with the cupping & stretches helps a lot. Then with Brian and Oscar skills on using the steel tool to scrape my sore area, which really helps on relieving tension. The rest of the assistant therapist are amazing, extremely attentive when in need of help using equipments; as well as their timing on providing heat and electrical stimulation pads, are amazingly efficient and reliable.

You don't spend more than 5 minutes with a therapist, and the exercises are rudimentary. For someone who is already physically active, and doesn't need the absolute base level stuff (that is better suited to couch potatoes), there is no room to improve. A good trainer and some basic home equipment will be much more beneficial. The facilities are shabby and in obvious need of an update.
