    Burger and fries
    Vhi Z.

I ordered their sub fusion burger with fries. The food came out warm, and it looked so freakin yummy! They were nice enough to split it in half and I shared the burger and fries with my friend. We ate, we tasted, and were left full, but unsatisfied. The meal size is large, and makes you feel better that you spent $16 on it, but the taste was flat. Presentation and size is 5 stars, but I don't just eat for substance, I eat for flavor, have to say this meal was mediocre. I'm surprised that the flavor was lacking... they use fresh and unique ingredients, but for some reason it didn't deliver. I would recommend this food truck because the servings are large, but if you're tryna be wow'ed, please skip.

I went to eat with my friend today and we only have 30 minutes to eat. They got my order out in front of me in less than 10 minutes and they had a plenty of other people ordering. When I got my Fusion burger, it was amazing, worth every single penny. Literally, one of the best burgers I've ever had! This thing is hefty and so flavorful. I usually can't eat a whole burger by myself but I could not stop eating. The caramelized onions were seasoned, the Brazilian cheese was definitely something new and went so well with the onions and sauce. I was so impressed that I had to make this review. Sub Fusion really puts a lot of work into their recipes and the staff are super friendly. I will be back for sure and try out the rest of their menu.

Incredible food! I had the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and then went back for the Chipotle loaded fries. Both absolutely delicious. Highly recommend getting both!

If you're checking out their pg right now debating if you want to try them out. Do it. You will not regret it unless you dont like good food. Sandwiches have so much flavor. Enjoy!

Absolutely delicious! We got there 3 mins after they were closing & still didn't turn my daughter & I away. So yummy, and the flavours are amazing, great quality food! Wish they were all over San Diego! You won't regret giving this truck a try! If you want a dull sub go to Subway, if you want deliciousness find sub fusion!

Keep a lookout for this truck for some yummy subs!

I think I was sitting in the store for at least 30 minutes while a family member waited in our car and watched several people park, get their orders and leave. Two people who ordered after us received their food before we did. I finally stood up and only then did an associate crabbily pack up our order and give it to us. When we first arrived, no one even showed up at the counter for at least five minutes. There was another customer waiting behind us as well. My sandwich (Happy Hippie) was not very good...insubstantial and put together in a blah manner. A family member who had the "not so fried chicken sandwich" said it was too salty. I paid $62 for this order (with a tip, which I had added before the long wait...) It obviously wasn't a good value, This is a beautiful and clean store but a general lack of enthusiasm from the associates, inconsistent customer service, high prices, and mediocre quality food will dissuade me from making any future visits to this location.

My sandwich was made perfectly and was ready at the time I set for pickup after ordering ahead on the app. I got the Terrell Davis which comes with turkey, avocado, bacon and Swiss. Asked for light dirty sauce. All the flavors worked really well together and it didn't eat too salty. Loved that they had a good amount of avocado in it too. It's located right at the entrance of the strip mall as you're driving in. Decent amount of parking but it was very busy when I came on a Tues during lunch. The bread stands out immediately, fresh and soft inside with a satisfying, slightly firm crust that holds everything together perfectly. While the shop itself is small and seating is limited, the quality of the food makes the extra effort to grab a spot absolutely worthwhile. Prices are on the higher side, so be prepared to spend a bit more than your average sandwich stop. That said, the restaurant is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate -- a nice bonus when you're juggling all those tempting menu choices. BOARD AND BREW @ UTC LA JOLLA…read more Parking is free for the first hour since this location is inside the UTC La Jolla Mall. Just keep that in mind if you're planning to spend more time at the mall or eat at one of the restaurants here. I've been to Board & Brew many times, and I usually go to the Pacific Beach location because it's right by the beach and the perfect place to grab a sandwich. This time, I was craving one and decided to stop by the UTC location. One thing I absolutely love about Board & Brew is their signature sauce. There's just something about it, it's tangy, flavorful, and honestly one of my favorite sandwich sauces. I came here with a friend who had been wanting to try Board & Brew since it's a San Diego-based chain, and she really enjoyed it too. The ordering process is simple. You walk in, look over the menu, and choose between their hot or cold sandwiches. My go-to is always the Turkey Club. The bread is so soft, and I love the classic combination of turkey and bacon. The sandwiches are usually around $12-13, which I think is a fair price considering how big they are. One sandwich is definitely enough to fill one person up. I always ask for extra sauce, and this location was super generous with it, which I really appreciated since some other locations charge for extras. This restaurant is a bit smaller than some of the other Board & Brew locations I've visited, but it still had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, the restroom was clean, and because it's inside the mall, the environment feels lively and energetic. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely come back.

The service is quick and courteous even when they're slammed, and sunny days people-watching out front's a gas!

This shop on Avenida De La Playa, which is the Main Street closed off from cars, so people can walk freely, but parking is a challenge. The cheese shop can't be missed, with the green ivy covered store front. It's standing round only, no seating inside but limited outside seating. You order from the counter and they bring your order to you if you decide to sit outside. I selected the popular sandwich: Turkey, Jack Cheese and Avocado on sourdough bread with every veggie: lettuce, tomato, red onion was all it had. Just baked from the oven were the famous oatmeal cookies in caramel and chocolate, looked so yummy I didn't order any but the guy behind the counter complementary gifted a pair to me, so nice, friendly and cool!! Inside the shop didn't appear clean, I would describe the ambiance as divey. Sat outside and shortly my order was presented nicely wrapped sandwich and warm cookies. Took pics and took a bite and my consensus is that I was not a fan of this sandwich because I really prefer smoked turkey and not plain turkey. The sandwich looked subpar, the layering of ingredients weren't assembled as aesthetically layered as it can be and tasted just ok. My pup usually doesn't like smoked turkey or unfresh meats but she liked this plain roast turkey, which means it's more likely fresh and pass her approval. She also ate the contents of the sandwich sans the bread and onions of course. The oatmeal cookies were a real treat and lived up to the hype, kind of gooey, yummy and good for you...hence oats is fiber! As a cheese aficionado, this shop is not really a cheese shop with no abundant cheese selections. The shop should just be named sandwich shop, since sandwiches and candies seem to be their cash cows. If you're looking for a cheese shop, this isn't the place, but it might the place for a sandwich. Recommend
