Their fish & chips are also fantastic -- always perfectly cooked, with just the right amount and crispiness of breading. But we don't refer to this as "the Fused World Taco truck". We call this The Churro Truck. The churros are just the right size. They're always perfectly cooked. And they're filled with cajeta. They come in a 4-pack (at least at the time of this writing) and are perfect to share with a few friends. They bring sweet joy at the end of a meal, and are one of the highlights of my week. Along with the incredible griddles mozzarella cheese, the Caprese came with ripe and juicy tomatoes, fresh cut basil leaves, and a thyme-mint pesto sauce topped with a drizzle of porcini truffle balsamic reduction all on a soft warm roll. The contributed to the overall success of the sandwich was it nice flavor and a bit of a chew. All the ingredients and flavor went very well together and the Caprese was up there with one of the best I have every had. The restaurant was nicely air conditioned and well-illuminated with natural light. We would have stayed to eat in, but our baby was overtired and not in the mood for Mom and Dad to binge on lunch.
