The only reason I got it was because my furnace went out and I live in a mobile home. Not a lot of people work on mobile home units. I understand that. Lately it's been 76 or as high as 84 degrees in my home. Now ask yourself Aspen Aire, would that be acceptable in your home??? I've talked to Alex multiple times and emailed Craig and conveniently no one will call. They've said "it seems to be working" . At the start of this summer they found a huge HOLE in my ceiling that was never taken care of when the new unit was installed. They won't claim they made the hole but it wasn't ever finished until recently. I did get an inspection done and now it's concluded that possibly the duct work isn't correct. I will post this on every social media form to warn people against using them in the hopes of saving someone the mess I have.

I called back an hour and 30 minutes later requesting what the ETA was, he said they are packing up and would be at my house within 30 minutes. They showed up an hour and 45 minutes later and unclogged the sink. They didn't look at anything else - not the garbage disposal, the dishwater or the pipes. I wanted to know what the cause of the clog was. They didn't offer any helpful tips of how not to have this happen in the future - nothing! They were here for 2 minutes and charged me $117.

After calling several plumbers I was left dismayed until I called Des Moines Drain & Sewer. I could not get a specific time when they would arrive, but at least it would be the same day I called. The service call rate seemed comparable to others within the trade. Once they show up I will let you know the quality and overall workmanship. For now I am rating them on their meet and greet over the phone mannerism that made it easy with same day scheduling. Stay tuned for an update on the repair! The tech did a fantastic job. When the blower engine on our Bryant furnace went out, they confirmed the part it was covered by warranty. The warranty also covered "up to four hours" to replace the part, and the repair tech said that yes, it would most likely take a half day to install. But then our estimate for labor was $1,855! This is f-you pricing at its worst. We ended up paying thousands more for a new furnace, but you can bet it was not from Bryant.
