Even though they didn't have the replacement part in stock, Zachary checked with the technicians in the back and had someone come take a look. They ended up patching the panel so it would stop scraping and be safe to drive, and they did the quick fix at no charge. Overall it was a helpful experience. I chose GERBER COLLISION & GLASS being the closest to my home. From the office staff to the other shop individuals they were all top notch. They even contacted the rental car company, coordinated everything and offered t take me to pick up the car. I was kept "in the loop" for the entire week and a half that they had my vehicle. Text messages were consistently updating me as well as phone calls. And they're all (Amy, Sarah, etc) very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned & washed and they provided a "guideline" for car telling me to please let them know if there was anything I noticed. It was necessary that they order a tire and they'll notify me when it arrives. I had taken my plate off, while it was in their shop, and they put them back on for me! I highly recommend GERBER and I'm thankful my insurance company, Safeco, had them on their recommended shop list!
