Subliminal coffee is located inside Lolu (cold plunge/sauna studio) and offers a wide range of coffee and tea beverages that are handcrafted by the amazing owner, JJ! The coffee is top quality and I highly recommend trying one of the pour overs, especially if you are a coffee connoisseur. Laid back atmosphere, plenty of parking, and a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee on a nice day when you can use the patio. There is so much intentionality behind what they do here so definitely come out to support!

Subliminal Coffee is a standout spot for truly great coffee and a cute spot too nestled in East. Everything is consistently well crafted, smooth, and flavorful, and you can tell they take their craft seriously. I didn't know what to get the first time and the staff helped make my decision easy. Simple, quality-focused, and always worth a visit.

Checked out this coffee cart recently and had the pleasure of meeting the owner! He was super friendly and great to chat with while we waited for our drinks. He was kind enough to give my husband an impromptu latte art tutorial which was cool to watch! Coffee was great and definitely recon if you're in the area!

Best coffee in Nashville! Gotta swing by and visit! Jared is the man and really cares about his craft! Very nice vibe and plenty of parking! If you are in Nashville you gotta come by and visit! And if you happen to find yourself in Maine, come visit me at Morning Moose Coffee!

I came over to Harding House for their soft opening on July 10th. The place was hopping. And I…read morefinally got a chance to try Saap Saap BBQ. As for the atmosphere of the place, this is largely Nate Underwood's, as his Harding House name adorns the building. The old bar is now branded Jubilee bar and Quinton, formerly of Bar Continental, handles the cocktail program and does an excellent job. There is live music schedule some of the week and they have Dogwood Acres for soft serve ice cream. All of the business use a farm-to-table model, sourcing everything they can from local business owners. As for Saap Saap, this is a mixture of Lao and Southern BBQ. Clinton is the pit master, and his wood blend is perfect for the chicken. I need to go back and get the ribs. As an added bonus, he knows how to handle the chicken so it is moist and meaty and not dry. And the flavor is wonderful. Amy handles the Lao side of the menu. This night the Lao influence was primarily in the sauces, although I understand they will mix in other dishes when the ingredients are available. Desserts are also on point. Decadent, but not overly sweet. I have had a few really great experiences lately, puncutuated by a few bad. This was one of the best. If you get a chance to get over to Harding House, definitely make the trip.

Simple and delicious (does not mean simple to make!). The food is high flavor and meticulous execution. We had cucumber salad, sticky rice, Lao sausages with jaeow maak len (tomato salsa) and jaeow maak phet (roasted chili salsa). We also had the greens and corn bread with a chimichurri. Excellent. Big slabs of delicious cornbread. Delightful. Oh my goodness! Bravo Amy and Clinton! This is the kind of culinary pairing we need in Middle TN!

This visit was a surprisingly disappointing departure from the consistently excellent experiences…read morewe've had at Butcher & Bee over the years. We chose the restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday and, as we have done on previous visits, ordered the Chef's Special for our party of three. While we were surprised to see the price had increased by $15 per person since our last visit, we expected the same high-quality dining experience that has always made the restaurant a favorite. Unfortunately, the service and pacing fell well short of those expectations. Dinner lasted more than two hours from start to finish, with excessive waits between nearly every course. What should have been an enjoyable celebratory meal became increasingly frustrating as the evening progressed. Our server appeared attentive and engaged with surrounding tables throughout the night, yet we frequently felt overlooked. There were extended periods where we were unable to get refills or assistance, leaving us feeling forgotten and, quite literally, thirsty. By the end of the evening, we had to request that the "sweet treat" be packaged to go, and the response from our server came across as irritated rather than accommodating. This was our first time being seated on the outdoor patio, but regardless of seating location, the level of service should be consistent throughout the restaurant. In the end, we spent well over $300 and left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed rather than celebrated. For a restaurant that has built a reputation on exceptional food, hospitality, and attention to detail, this experience missed the mark. Significant price increases are easier to accept when they are accompanied by an equally elevated dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case on this visit, and it has left us questioning whether we will return in the future.

Staff is warm and welcoming & our server had great recommendations. Loved the open kitchen concept & really enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching all the food come together.
