While we were waiting there was a lot of tension between the employees, they were yelling back and forth at each other across the restaurant making us even more uncomfortable. Who I believed the manager was on the grill cooking, and she was listening to music and employees kept having to come up to her to get her attention to ask questions because she was listening to music and couldn't hear them. They were all very focused on doing end of day closing checklist (2 hours before closing) that they weren't paying any attention to customers in there or helping out making food so we could leave. At one point the manager was talking to another employee across the front area about getting her "a** beat" as a kid if she didn't wash dishes correctly, while they were talking about closing and trying to leave early. To say I was uncomfortable the entire time is the understatement of the century and honestly I don't think you could pay me to go back it was that bad. Once they handed us our food, we couldn't leave quick enough. I guess I would say if you don't need/have to go there, I wouldn't. We will not be returning, and if I could give it zero stars I definitely would.

Our drinks came out fairly quickly, and the staff seemed attentive at first. After about 40 minutes, we asked about our food and were told it would be out soon. By this point, our drinks had been empty for over 30 minutes, and nobody offered refills or checked on us. Around 65 minutes after placing our order, we asked again where our food was. Yes, the restaurant was busy when we arrived, but by then most of the restaurant had already been served. We could also hear staff in the back arguing loudly enough for customers to hear about how long the order had been waiting. At around 70 minutes, we asked for a manager and were told there wasn't one available, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Eventually they comped the food -- which still had not arrived -- but still charged us for drinks. The attitude from staff also became noticeably rude and dismissive. The most frustrating part was that multiple employees walked past our table, saw four empty glasses, and never once offered refills or even an update. This is actually my first Yelp review because I normally do not complain publicly, but this experience was bad enough that I felt people should know before spending their time and money here.

Upon arrival, they had a chalk sign outside stating the name of the private event which was a very welcoming touch. The space, table and chairs were all clean. We catered our own food and drinks and the kitchen area was clean and ready to hold everything. We were able to play music through the venue's system and there was a tv (with fire stick access) so you can stream things there as well. The venue is right in downtown Troy. We were able to walk to the brewery and other bars in the area once we ended the reunion. Parking is a breeze as there is plenty of street parking and the place is easy to find. I have no complaints whatsoever! If I had to find a venue for a gathering I would definitely look into using this space again.
