I placed the order at 12:59 asked the gentlemen about how long and he told me 15-20 minutes which was reasonable. I didn't get my order until 1:47 pm almost an hour for some potatoes which by the way were not even the right ones. Used to love this place when the owner was behind the counter. I got the Breakfast Wrap and Breakfast Croissant to share with my boyfriend and absolutely loved both! I loved how they incorporate some kind of veggie to both. Wrap came with bell peppers and onion and the croissant came with tomatoes, yum! The wrap also came with a side of pico de gallo with the perfect amount of spice. And also! I've had two back to back bad service experiences here and, unless super outrageous, I always give the benefit of the doubt in these situations. I want to start off by rating my baked potato- absolutely a solid 4ish/5 stars. It was big, delicious, and as far as I know, the only real place you can satisfy a craving for a big stuffed potato in town. The downside was that, while having lunch with a friend last week, my order got shuffled under other order slips and forgotten about. I feel bad for my friend since she was politely waiting for my food to come out while her potato got cold. I eventually had to get up and tell them I was still waiting on my food, and then wait as they rushed to put it together. I told my friend that while losing my order was annoying, the potato was bomb and satisfied the baked potato craving I was having. I had also ordered a small Italian sub which was good, but ultimately nothing remarkable. My second bad experience was today, I was lunching solo so I called to try to place a pick up order. I was asked to be put on hold, so I agreed and it sounded like the receiver was put down, and i could continue to hear the guy who answered take orders, talk to the other workers, then silence, then more background chatter. I patiently waited 5 minutes for somebody to remember that I was on the phone before I hung up and called Marissa's Deli to place an order. I really feel like Subs and Spuds has a great product, but may need something extra in the multitasking/organizational department. It's disappointing to have good food, but fall so short in the customer experience area. I should also add that I would have just placed an online order, but the customization options are not very good so there was no way to place an order for a potato the way I wanted it. read more

So I came here craving a breakfast burrito and got a breakfast wrap instead. Same thing. Anyways, first off the lady at the counter was very nice. That's always a good start. There's also lots of different selections of subs hot and cold as well as paninis. Okay, now onto the wrap! It was $5.25. Took about 10-15 minutes to make but it was worth it because you can smell the burrito being made. The down side is that there are too many breakfast potatoes in it, it felt like I was eating mashed potatoes at one point. Not enough bacon, but the burrito was enough for two. Citomer service is excellent. I had a turkey avocado on squaw bread. It was very good. You can customized your sandwiches to your liking. I also tried the zucchini bread which was to die for, I will actually drive for a piece of this bread. A customer who was ahead of me order a homemade brownie which looked pass delicious. I opted for the bread so next time I will have to try the brownie. While there I noticed salad that were made and waiting for pick up. I don't know what types of salads these were but they also looks quite delicious. I can't wait to go back and try one of their loaded potatoes and their salads.
