She dilated my eyes, had me read the chart, explained that my eyes were not perfect and told me it was due to dry eyes. This was ridiculous because I never had dry eyes until they were dilated. I bought the eye drops she recommended....my vision never improved. My followup visit was scheduled 6 months later at 9:30am. I arrived promptly. They asked for the identical insurance information which was already on file. They gave me a beeper and told me to wait in the car. After waiting for over 35 minutes without a beep I went back in the office, handed back the beeper and told them that I couldn't wait any longer. They told me that because of covid it takes time to clean the room. (What BS - alcohol drys in less than 30 seconds!) They assured me that the doctor will be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later...no doctor....I left. I'm sorry....this is inexcusable. They evidently have no respect for a patient's time and certainly do not deserve my business. I will be going to another eye doctor.

She never asked if there was a reason I missed my appointment (there was), and when I asked why I needed to pay the fee for a one-time missed appointment, her answer was "it's office policy." Well because of their office policy, my husband, myself, my parents, my son and my daughter-in-law will be going to another eye care center. I hope their $25.00 fee is worth losing six patients.

My family and I have been coming here for years and I can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else. Recently, I had an issue that required immediate attention and I was asked if I could come in right away. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes before I was taken back and examined.
