Blue Star then told me that I would have to wait five days for a refill because they were busy and would not come to Sebastopol until that time.

I buy a Gatorade and explain that I'd like some propane as well. He stares at me. I ALMOST returned the Gatorade. Another customer comes in and I wait by the door and ask "do I just meet you outside for the propane?' He says, "I already told you "yes" and don't ask me again." I wait by the tank, not a word is spoken, I pay for the propane. I told him I didn't appreciate his customer service and he said, "I couldn't care less what you think. Get the f%$& out". NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN......

I am helping clean out an old house that has a lot of clothing so I thought I would bring it by. This afternoon, I went in, started filling up and took the first bag out of my car. While I was putting that bag into the bin, the person who works inside comes out and starts lecturing me. "It is not allowed to put clothing in there. Why do you think we turned it around?" Now, I had thought it was odd that it was turned around but it has been turned around for weeks, so I never really thought much about it. I explained to him that I was buying gas and wanted to get rid of some clothing. He said, "I didn't say anything about getting gas." It only went down hill from there, including him suggesting that I calm down. Sorry, it is hard for me to be calm when someone is shouting at me, right there in front of the sidewalk. I have a suggestion. If you don't want to accept clothing donations any more, maybe put up a sign on the bin saying, "Please do not put clothing in here. We are no longer accepting used clothing." Better yet, maybe seal the receptacle, so people cannot put anything in it. Wait, I have a better idea still. Why don't you have the company that put the bin there remove it? Wait, better idea still, maybe consider not yelling at your customers? There is another station right next door...
