Amazing place! There was a homeless guy trying to sit next to me (im 16 and he looked about 40+ ) when i was very obviously uncomfortable with it. One of the employees who looked like he had short ginger hair with a hat (not sure of name) came over immediately when he saw what was going on, the homeless guy immediately left! what a savior! read more

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had two orders, and both were ready they told me I am only allowed to pick up one order and that I am going to have to drive back in the drive-through. When I asked the lady that was working why she couldn't just give me the second I that it was ready she just said she can't. So, of course, I obliged and went back in the drive thru that now had 5 cars in it. There was a big truck in front of me that I could hear ordered 2 different orders, and when they pulled up to the window, I was allowed to get both orders without driving back through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I politely asked the lady working if they were able to get their order without driving around, and she told me they had to do the same as we did. I thought maybe I was wrong, so on my way out, I looked at the drive-thru to see if I had mistaken, but they weren't there. She had lied directly to my face. I was very confused about this interaction, so I called the manager, Lewis, to possibly get some answers. First I asked if they sold a gordita, she said no. Then as I drove up my eye caught the menu & I saw cheesy Gordita crunch. That was the beginning... My advice...Do not order the Mexican pizza. They do not put pizza sauce on it, they use the red sauce from the bean burrito. It's horrible. I took one bite & immediately knew something was wrong. I couldn't even finish one piece. After the incident with Tucker was remedied I realized what has happened an rush back to the Bell when I entered I saw whom I Believe to be the culprit exiting the bathroom as he had appeared to the the one who's duty was to clean it, I asked him about the jacket and he became defensive about it an gave me the cold shoulder an quick walked away muttering something I couldn't hear. I love this Taco Bell. We frequent this one late at night after I get off of work and the people who work there are so down to earth and awesome! We secretly cheered on one of the girls there after we noticed that she got promoted to manager :) we're always laughing and joking with the staff and even though it is late they're always laughing along with us. Skinny girl named Sadie- a team member for the night shift once threw a chalupa @ my car. Yup. She got my order wrong & when I asked her to take it back & correct it (- I dont eat meat. ) I got chalupa all over my hood. I should've called the police. Went again last night hoping she wasnt there & she argued with me - then refused service. Luckily a manager took over my order. I was hungry. -It says nachos on the receipt... & she argued with me -trying to correct me calling them chips and cheese. Whatever. It does not matter how much I reiterate I have a dairy allergy and not to put cheese on my meals. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am forced to drive back or call and let them know that I cannot eat the meal based on the fact that I will get sick. I have to begin by saying that I have been going to this Taco Bell for over 20 yrs, and I have never had a problem with an employee or the food until yesterday: Jan. 9, 2019. I went through the drive through and purchased a Fiesta Taco Salad. These are the ones with the tortilla bowl. I took this home to eat. Right away there was a strong smell that I thought was just the box it came in. I took the sour cream that was at the edge of the bowl almost in the box and added more sour cream of my own. I took one bite of the contents and one of tortilla bowl and I had to spit it out. The tortilla bowl was rancid. It tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf for years. I was going to throw it away, but decided to call and make my complaint. I spoke to a female who told me repeatedly that their taco shells had just been fried earlier that day. I kept telling her it was a bowl, and she kept insisting it was made fresh that day. I told her I was taking it back so she said to make sure I brought my receipt with me. I asked her for her name and she hung up. I took it back around 6:30 pm. I went to the counter and I could tell the female behind the counter was the person I spoke to on the phone. She was taking out the money tray and looked like she was clocking out. She stared at the receipt and then the fiesta salad and then she claimed that it looked like I had dug out all the meat and beans. Really. I was angry. I don't know if that's what she would do, but I don't do things like that. I told her I had put in more sour cream of my own, and had one spoonful of the contents and then when I tasted the bowl it was horrible. She said she had to talk to her manager about this. I was upset and complaining to the young man who was at the other register at her unnecessary rudeness towards me. He said he was really sorry. She never said sorry to me. She returned to the register to put the money tray back in the register. She didn't even look at me, but said another one was being made for me and she walked off. Again the young man apologized. I believe he saw how rude she was being to me. I thanked him, but told him I would be posting online how rude she was to me. I don't usually complain, but being treated like a thief is something I won't put up from anyone. She is not a good person to work in a fast food restaurant, but she is also not reflect of the other employees who work very hard there to give the best service they can or the Taco Bell Restaurant that has always been a great place to buy food. read more

On Wednesday, August 12, I went to this Taco Bell location and because the drive up line was so long decided to go in to pick up an order. While I was waiting for my order I observed two employees wandering around behind the counter in the food prep area without masks. One, a short, very young woman, was wandering around aimlessly between the counter, drive up window and the kitchen. The other was a tall, belligerent looking man I'd first noticed in the parking lot sitting in his car. He came in from outside, walked behind the counter and helped himself to a drink from the drink dispenser. Neither of these people were wearing masks as required by the state and common decency. The man's behavior was compounded because he did not wash his hands before grabbing a drink cup from the stack being used for customers. After he poured the drink he went into the public restroom. When he returned from the loo, he went back behind the counter and shoved the cup he'd been drinking from back under the drink dispenser and refilled it. He didn't wash his hands this time either. There are signs in the lobby telling customers to get a new cup if they want a refill. Besides violating the state mask mandate, this employee was also violating the health code. Not one employee said anything to him. Probably because of his belligerent appearance. I emailed Taco Bell management and received no reply. In the time of Covid, we have a right to demand even fast food restaurants follow state mandates regarding masking as well as common sense health codes like washing your hands.
