I just left here 10 minutes ago. Sandwich tastes good, but as someone who worked at subway as a teen, this doesn't seem like the right amount of toppings. There was barely any turkey on it, and besides the bread not filling at all. Extremely disappointed that you have no gluten-free sandwich rolls anymore. Every summer we would visit Subway at least three times a month while going to the lake or to the river.I think that's extremely rude for you guys to stop that. We ordered online and of course, paid for it with our debit card, went to pick up our food and claimed they never received our order, but I checked our online banking and the money was already taken out. They refused to make us the subs we ordered claiming they have no proof even though I showed them my bank statement, didn't even offer to refund our money claiming its against company policy and to make our subs would be considered as a loss. We asked to speak to a manager or person in chargetheirre reply was there isn't any! This place is ran so poorly and with no concern or respect for the customer. What happened to the customer is always right! So needless to say we lost our money plus didn't get our food for dinner. So...I hope this is the correct Subway location - and if not, please share with you neighbors. Residing in Albany, Oregon y'all have a store that is beyond fantastic. Whatever Harry Potter wizardly you've bestowed upon this location and the staff - keep it up. Their front of house employees are second to none - attentive, patient, compassionate. Back of house staff (managers) are working noon to night on some incredible Kris Angel bible where everyone just jumps on board to help and get the job done. I'm sincerely so grateful for this staff and their willingness to help out during a youth camp where I didn't have lunch to provide. Due to the fantastic location and their drive to serve any big time small order, we were able to feed almost 100 people (mostly kids) who were beyond pleased with the meal. Thanks again! Fast and friendly staff. We love their salads. Particularly because they have so many choices.

Walked into the new location next to Dutch Bros and waited over 5 mins before deciding to walk out. Watched three employees come and go from the front while we waited. One was loading fresh bread and another just stood at the register for a bit before stacking cups. Was not greeted or asked to wait while they completed their other tasks. Decided to leave after 5 mins of standing there and went to the other Subway on the other end of town at Waverly and Pacific. Awesome service at that location. Unfortunately, I will not be back at the new location. read more

This subway is terrible. First of all, they all discontinued cheddar cheese. We got two egg sandwiches, toasted and ate them not even 3 minutes later and they were cold. The eggs were not warm at all. Also, the flat bread was extremely disappointing. read more

This subway needs some supervision by someone other then giggly 18 year Olds. I couldn't get my sandwich finished in the half an hour I have to eat my lunch, which mind you, is at 830pm, not noon. I was patient with the two people in front of me, who were obviously basking in the new flavors available, but the lack of consideration to anyone else in line is unbelievable. Honestly they would rather chit chat with the other employees who are either standing around waiting to cash people out, or are sitting in the dining area causing a sort of distraction to the employees when a regular dressed girl comes storming behind the counter in front of customers to get the extras she wants for her food. Very unhappy that I'm forced to come here as one of the few places to eat on this side of town that's worth any time.. Went in today with my family for a somewhat healthy dinner later in the night which is understandable to be somewhat frustrating and Jasmine welcomed us in and started to make our sandwiches. She seemed as if she really enjoyed her job and knew what she was doing and was very talkative and friendly towards our whole family! It's a subway. Not really much to explain. Why it gets 4 stars though is the service. The people working there are always super friendly and talkative, and know how to properly make a sandwich. When I want the meat heated, they wait for it to get done nuking, then put the cheese directly on it. Other places can't seem to comprehend this and then the cheese never melts. One of the sandwich artists, i believe her name is Kaylin. She's got incredible service, she's funny and makes a mean sandwich. Everytime I've gone there and someone else has made my sandwich I've been thoroughly disappointed because it was not as good as hers, I'm impressed keep it up lady.
