I visit a lot of subways. And in all my travels I have never once been charged for a water cup. Until now. I have included a picture of the receipt. Wow. And the young man was not exactly talkative. In fact other than saying welcome to subway and what else do you want on it, he said nothing. It's a great spot but I think I will go on up to Coberg exit for that subway next time. read more

Wow that's all I can say. Stop by today to order a couple of sandwiches and when I got to window to finish my order was told they have no vegetables except onions and jalapeños and lettuce. Then they wanted to charge full price for my sandwich which I could not get any veggies I wanted cause they were out. First of all It's Subway.... You really can't complain when you order "Fast Food". Usually when we go to Subway, It's made by Highschool kids who do not care. Not really. It's a job. People who look at what they do as a job, lack passion. At least in my opinion... We pulled in hungry. I was getting Hangry. I'm thinking. Ugh. I hope they at least make it decent. We walk in. Place is packed. Line is 10 people deep. Ugh. Here we go. Plus they have a "Drive Through". Great. Just great. It's nice to wrong sometimes. They had 4 young people working the line and 1 taking care of the drive Through and 1 handling the "Cash Register". And they are destroying orders. As a Team. They handled it all with a smile. The line moved pretty fast and we had our subs with a quickness. Our yummy sandwiches. As quickly as they come in, they leave almost as fast. Tables and floor still looked nice. Not sure which bullet came out and cleaned up but someone was on top of it. While we ate our food, we noticed another crowd show up and get the same great service we did. This subway is full of stupid people, the women started making rules about how you can and can't make your sandwich and that we needed to put sauce first then veggies and if we won't do it that way then we don't get sauce. That's ridiculous because every other subway in America you can make you sandwich as you please, as it should be. I had to make her put my veggies first then sauce bc that's how I like it and she was judging me, changed her tone and was disrespectful. Then they over charged us up the ass because the guy didn't know how to use the register obviously. read more

DO NOT use their app, or expect customer service. I placed an order (5/30/20) online and the order went through twice - I was charged twice. The store very responsibly called me to verify and I did not receive both orders. As a manager was not in the store, they were unable to refund the duplicate order. I was told that on Monday or Tuesday a district manager would call me back to take care of the issue. This did not happen. Over the last two weeks, I have attempted contact repeatedly via email, messenger(s,) FB, Instagram, Twitter, the online customer service portal, and even tracking down a corporate voicemail box. Over TWO WEEKS of this! I would very much like to get the second charge back, as I did not order it, nor did I receive the food. You took my money, but did not provide goods in return - then have actively avoided responding to any of my many attempts. As a customer, I have gone above and beyond attempting to get any form of response. Anything. What kind of company forces it's customers to go to these lengths? I'm utterly appalled. read more

The first time I went here was randomly with my brother. It was nice to get out of the car after a totally wasted trip to Salem. It was late at night, and I had no idea they were open 24 hours. Since then, I've been here multiple times and never had a problem. I love that they have a drive-thru with an interactive menu board, so once you've made all your choices, it prints a receipt inside the restaurant and they make your sandwich. With something as complex as a Subway sandwich, I would never use a drive-thru where you had to recite your order, because there's way too many things and it's never correct. So the touch screen menu is really nice. Employees are always super friendly and efficient. They always confirm things with me when I reach the window if they need to. Service is always fast and my sandwiches are correct. I love that it's right off the freeway, so it's a quick stop on my way into Albany. It's a restaurant I've gone to many times and will keep returning to. read more

Cannot believe what just happened! They unapologetically made me wait to use their bathroom until after my wife and I paid for our food. I stood there doing the pee-pee dance while she slowly made my sandwich. Can't remember the last time I received such terrible customer service. We pass that Subway at least once a week, but they will never get another dollar out of us. read more

This place has crappy service. I was about to pee my pants then I go inside and see there is a sign saying that the bathroom is for customers only. Then I pull on the handle and it was locked with a pin. Then I had to leave and the Chevron next to it was under remodeling. The Black Rock coffee bar did not have a bathroom so I could not go anywhere. So I had to pee on the ground. If only the bathroom was more accessible. SHAME. read more

07/14/2019 Me and My friend Went here after going to the Lavender Festival and went to the drive thru, the lady answered and asked what she can get started for us, we proceeded to say we will get 2 sandwiches and a meatball sub for one of them and she answered back in a very rude tone and said "umm no we can't do that I'm gonna talk to my manager about that" so we were very confused. She made it sound like we said something wrong. 2 minutes later she came back and said "umm so we don't have enough for a foot long" so we said a 6 inch was fine. She then proceeded to say that she is with another customer so she's gonna help them first and said it will be another 5 minutes. We just turned around and went somewhere else. We didn't even want to talk to her and we're disgusted by the way she was talking to us. Horrible customer service. ! Never going to this Subway again read more

SUPER SLOW. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes not moving once with only 2 cars ahead of me. I had ordered my sandwich not paid yet and since I only had 30 minute lunch I had to leave the drive thru and go to the gas station right across to grab something to eat. I've worked in the food industry before.. lady who was older and experienced was amazing, made me a great sandwich but her young coworkers had absolutely no manners. Talking and whispering amongst themselves before they went to the customer... I know what I'm talking about and it's just extremely unprofessional to finish your personal whisper sesh before helping a customer. She also held up a board over her mouth to speak to speak with her coworker as her coworker was looking at me. I mean it's just so plainly obvious, learn how to control yourselves. I've been coming here on and off for the past 4 years. I am on the road a lot. Cleanest Subway I have ever been in , except for the bathrooms. It's Subway, so you know what you are getting. This one does a very good job. Sandwiches are always made as well if not better than any other Subway I've been to. Service has always been friendly. Bathrooms clean and you have to ask for a passcode to get in to them. I do wish they would add free WiFi for the kiddos tho. read more

12/30/17 - Just came to this location at 3am (15 minute drive) since nothing else was open. I thought the interactive drive thru menu was very unique and easy to use. After my parter and I pulled forward to the window, the woman at the register claimed she had just closed her register and was unable to take our order unless we paid in exact change. Not card, not cash, exact change. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon. Hope this location can get its act together. read more

Okay, first off this review is based purely upon customer service with the manager, Andrea I believe. Secondly, it's about making something right based upon someone else's mistake, or lack there of. We picked up a sandwich from a store out of town via the drive-thru to bring back to our home 20 minutes away from said location. We've never had to check our sandwiches before because they're always great. Upon opening the sandwich, we discover that there's almost literally no veggies on our veggie sandwich. Instead of driving back to that location that's 20+ minutes out, we figured our local Hwy 34 Subway could help out, since we only were wanting some spinach, green pepper, & onions. I talked to the manager, Andrea I believe, and she flat out said no. I mentioned we come to them frequently, and she simply stated "That is the other locations thing to deal with so you'll have to talk to them". Now, I understand that Subways are owned individually, and that it's not a responsibility to fix another's mistake, but there's something to be said about simple customer service. I was always taught by my managers (including when I was a subway employee) to help out your customers if/when possible, and if I would have told a customer "Sorry but no", I would have been thoroughly chastised. And for something as simple as a bag of veggies, I don't think it was worth losing bi-weekly customers. Never before have I decided to take my business elsewhere, but I think I'm okay with an additional 5 minute drive to visit the Queen street location. read more
