I then walk inside for my milkshake. They are totally PACKED inside with I'm guessing holiday shoppers? I wait about 5 minutes and the person at the drive thru sees me in line and walks over and passes my (unpaid for) milkshake to me and gives me a sympathetic look and tells me it's on the house! She must have thought I was about to have a REALLY bad day because of my car! I thanked her and said "It's all good, the car is just temperamental. It is by far the best fast food place in Lebanon in my opinion. They have a diverse menu, and don't have an issue with substitutions. I add jalapeno's to most sandwiches, substitute sauces etc all the time. They never hassle me or attempt to charge extra for small changes. Something that is very important to me. Also the presentation of the items are always consistent which make them more appealing as well. Because of this I make a point to stop by when ever going through Lebanon rather than elsewhere. Long story short keep up the good work Lebanon! Update: from June 2016, Had a good run. Went through asked for same items with substitution, couldn't hear on speaker they were going to charge me double. Lucky wasn't much of a line, I was able to ask to cancel my order.
