I have been to this Subways many times, but unfortunately this time I decided to leave a review because I felt like I got completely hosed. I placed an order for two six-inch sandwiches and I was specific to my sandwich artist that I have a two dollar coupon from my app that I want to use. I think there was a little bit of a language barrier because she just wanted to get me done, and rang me up and told me that I got the discount and pointed on the receipt and said look you got the cookies for free, and clearly I was charged $1.69 for the three cookies. She later proceeded to tell me come back tomorrow if you want to get the two dollars off. I've been to this SUBWAY® many times and I've been a resident here for 20 years, and I would expect a little bit of understanding if my coupon wasn't used correctly. Maybe I don't want to come back tomorrow and have Subways for lunch or dinner. Honestly I think Subways is going downhill at every store and their app is horrible. And if you put your credit card in the app it automatically will charge you so you have no choice to pay with Apple Pay or any other method. I think they purposely have turned this into what it is to basically make it as easy as possible to scam people and get onto the next customer and if they make a mistake it's too bad. Well you just lost my business and there are plenty of sub shops that I can go to you and you're not going to be one of them. Also please take a few seconds to spread the avocado on the sandwich. So, I rarely go to subway as its quality just seems to constantly be going down, but today was a brand new level of low quality... I ordered the tuna sandwich and the "tuna" was spread on it like you would a thin covering of mustard. I have taken a picture, and the slice of cheese has more thickness than the amount of tuna that was electroplated to my sandwich. I barely ever write reviews, and all my other ones are positive, but this one was too amazing not to share...I hope I can attach a picture so I have proof of this to show you all. Worst experience ever! First of all, they ran out of white bread and refused to make more. There was a lady in front of us that called in an order for 3 sandwiches on white bread but because they ran out and refused to make more, they gave her 2 on white and 1 on wheat. When it can to our order, we had 2 coupons and asked if we could use them before the sandwich artist started and they confirmed that it would not be a problem. They do not follow instructions very well and when we asked for a 6 inch plain ham and cheese only (kids request) they started putting lettuce on it. We politely asked them to just remove the lettuce from the sandwich as she put the first little bit on, which she did, but then she proceeded to put mayo on it as well. I don't understand what was so difficult about a plain ham and cheese only request. When it came time to pay she tells us she can't locate the coupons in the system. We had a buy one 6 inch and a drink and get a second six inch free coupon and a coupon for any six inch sub for 3.49. We figured that one of the plain ham and cheese sandwiches will be 3.49 and the other 2 that we ordered (another plain ham and cheese and an spicy Italian) would be 4.59+the drink. She tries a few different things but no luck so she tells us that she could potentially use a different coupon for the 6 inch for 2.99 if we buy a drink and she found a BOGO coupon we can use for the other 2. Turns out that none of the coupons actually existed and we had to pay for everything and feel like we were tricked into buying a drink. If the coupons didn't work we never would have bought the drink or the 3rd sandwich. We tried calling corporate to complain but apparently corporate doesn't take calls on the weekend. I have had issues with this subway in the past with how they ring up items and the last time I was lucky enough to have someone come out of the back to be able to fix the issue. This time, no one there knew what they were doing. We usually went to the subway by Ralph's for this reason but since it's closed and this one consistently keeps disappointing, I guess it's time for us to find a new sub shop. read more

We love this Subway! The couple that run it are always really friendly. And I like that they are one of the only Subways in town that offers a gluten-free wrap option. Additionally, this Subway, in our experience, has always been clean and the vegetables have tasted fresh. My husband's favorite sandwich is the Meatball Marinara. And our toddler loves the little ham and cheese slider, which is less than $2. It's a perfect size of food for him and a good price. read more

So I ordered through Mobil order while on my lunch today at work So I go And to pick up my sandwich in my little combo meal and when I got there I noticed that no one was in the store absolutely no one the employees are all standing there talking and so when I walk up to the register and let them know I am here to pick up my mobile order 1) they didn't even ask my name so anyone could've walked in and said I'm here for a Mobil order and would've ended up taking my food 2)I ordered two of the same flavor cookie and The lady at the register almost forgot to put them in the bag and then I noticed there was only one flavor of the cookies that I had ordered and without even asking me if it was OK she just tried to slip in a cookie of a completely different flavor into my bag and once I noticed this I told her since I see there's only one left of the flavor that I order it's fine that you're putting in a completely different flavor in the bag I was not rude when I had said that the text brings it across differently but I shouldn't of had to say that she should've mentioned it right off the bat she also almost forgot to give me A cup for my drink and then so I get my stuff and I drive back to work to clock back in from my lunch and I noticed my bag a chips was not in the bag with my sandwich and my almost forgotten cookies so I called to let them know that they didn't put the chips in the bag and she says you know you were supposed to grab them when you had come in, basically trying to blame it on me that I forgot my chips but being that I've managed at a restaurant before when it's that slow there is absolutely no reason why they couldn't have just walked grabbed the bag of chips and gotten my order completely. So while on the phone with this employee I asked for a full refund of my order for the inconveniences I've experienced she then told me that she was about to clock out and that she couldn't help me! I couldn't believe what I had just heard, so once I pointed out that you where handed the phone to help me and now you're not she said she would help me and give me a full refund. She then HUNG UP THE PHONE so I called back and asked why she hung up and she said "I told you I was going to give you a refund." And I asked her to keep me on the line while she refunded my order she said okay and then set down the phone and proceeded to talk to her coworkers while I was waiting for her to refund me. She then picked up the phone and asked for my name and number so the manager could call me back tomorrow and refund me $1.29 for the chips AFTER SHE TOLD ME SHE'D GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. This is a gem of a Subway. I know there are Subway haters out there, but if you like Subway, this is a great one. I have been there to get a turkey on wheat many times, and i have never seen it crowded or dirty. Service is fairly good, and the veggies are fresh! Plus side: They almost always have Subway broc-cheddar soup. Yummo. First of all this is Subway. You are getting Subway food, not something different. I have ordered eat in, to go, catering and online from this location and always received fantastic customer service, food exactly as requested, and care taken in assembly and packing. The folks at this location are very nice, and if you want something specific, just ask. That is why they are there. I saw someone suggest this location is 24 hours, it is not. You may have confused this with the other Subway on AV Pkwy in the town center which is open 24 hours. This location recently remodeled and is terrific for eating in or taking away. For whatever reason, this subway location can't seem to get my order correct. 3x so far I've ordered online for pick up at this store and something was incorrect. Today I even made a point of waiting until after the lunch rush before ordering with hopes that maybe this time they'd get my order correct. Nope. This Subway needs some love (and a little star next to my name showing Allyson M wrote the first review!). So, I just came from getting lunch here. It gets extra stars for being within walking distance from work and not being crowded. I ordered a "BLT" and only now do I question why the guy asked me what I wanted on it. The lettuce looked gross (like the middle part that's more yellow than any other color), so I got the spinach instead. Maybe I should have ordered a Bacon, Lettuce, Spinach, Ham and Tomato... Hehe... I got it toasted on wheat bread. The bread is soft in the middle but crunchy (a stale kind of crunchy) on the outside. It's still edible. I'm just gonna need to gulp down a jug of water to let the sawdust-like texture go down. Overall, it's Subway. What more can be said? Note: This one is located next to the Starbucks and liquor store/deli (not to be confused with the one in Aliso Viejo Town Center). Usually good, It's hard to mess up a sandwich when taking orders one ingredient at a time, but the brownish avocado looked as if had been sitting there for a while before it was put into action on my turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I usually get one of 2-3 sandwiches whenever at a subway, Quiznos, Togos. Ect and something just didn't taste right here today. Even the honey flavored tea that I usually drink tasted weird. Who knows, it could just be in my head... I keep accidentally ordering online to this location ugh. The first time I ordered they gave me the wrong meat, I called back and told them and they told me to call back later. The 2nd time I ordered I came past the pick up date and my sandwich hadn't even been started yet. The owner apologized, but it's just annoying. I've been so annoyed with this location lately. It's my go to since I work right by this subway. But I seriously have more bad things to say about this place than good. Staff is so fake. The manager Mina is always correcting her staff in front of everyone in a rude way. She also whispers to employees almost every time I see her(and I'm sure it's bad things because the employees faces say it all) so unprofessional! Some of the other ladies that work there are also rude and their customer service is so fake and annoying. Every time I'm there I feel like I'm on an episode of mean girls (employees are the mean girls) they are so stingy with toppings but Mina is quick to shove avocado down your throat for an extra million dollars. I wish there was new staff that actually knew the ingredients because I find myself having to point at the mustard and jalapeños and pickles and so on because they start grabbing the wrong ingredients. Talk about no training. I need to start packing a lunch so I don't have to be so disappointed at some of these businesses haha read more

Avoid at all costs! The most disorganized subway in the country. They hurry up and wait on you only to place your once hot sandwich on a counter as someone else that mans the register is chatting, waiting on someone else, or just not there at all (either physically or mentally). At the same time, the person that made your sandwich disappears to the back to play on his smart phone.This has happen three times in the row. I will never go back. I wouldn't normally bother posting a review for a specific location for a well-established chain like Subway, since most locations seem to provide an identical, impersonal experience, but this one was a pleasant surprise. I walked in to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches and was greeted by Mina, the manager, who was working the counter. She answered a couple questions I had about the menu options, made some suggestions on items, listened carefully to the order and confirmed everything I said before placing things in the sandwich. It was quite a bit more of a personable experience than the typical robot-like assembly line most of the franchise locations provide. I can't speak for other employees, as I don't usually come to this location, and maybe the poor reviews were from experiences with them, but Mina seems to care a great deal about customer service. Subway Aliso Viejo I came in for a veggie sandwich and the girl making is was very skimpy on the veggies . She gave me like 8 slices of cheese but I had to ask for more lettuce , more tomatoes she put 4 tomatoes on a foot long sandwich when 6 tomatoes would of fit nicely , I asked for all the toppings and salt & pepper oil /vinegar . She put too much salt & pepper on and than when she wrapped the sandwich up a lot of the veggies fell out . I said to her right before she was about to wipe them up from the board top . I said your not going to pick that up and put it on my sandwich she looked than stuffed it in their cut out trash on that board and continued to bag my sandwich. I was looking at her like , your not going to add on what u dropped off ?, but I was on the phone and I couldn't talk but I was very disappointed when I got back to my office . It was like eating a bread sandwich. It was so flat hardly any veggies on it and that wasn't good . So I give this place a 2.5 star but it says 3. These 2 girls were new employees I could tell , I asked them where are they from they said Africa . As they talked to each other while making my sandwich. Smh read more

I enjoy this Subway location, it's convenient and they do a good job when it comes down to your food. About half of the workers have been there for almost as long as I can remember, and they never have disappointed me. It's a smaller Subway, yes, but it's good if you're in a rush to be somewhere. This is the third time I am going to this subway for a chopped salad and every time I do, the servers are impatient and somewhat rude because you want your salad chopped. I want to say that I am blown away by the service I recently received from this subway location when I ordered food for a corporate meeting I had. They were extremely friendly, made sensible recommendations, delivered my food at no charge, and it was on-time. The President of the company came to our office with the delivery to ensure all was as expected.
