She asked if the extra sauce was in the bag. The girl replied if you ordered it it's in there. Well to that girl we didn't receive the extra toast nor the slaw, so just one piece of toast, the Caniac combo comes with 6 chicken tenders and there was only 5, and she didn't receive her ketchup. So maybe instead of acting rude to customers maybe you should make sure the orders are correct.

My husband ran to grab me a birthday dinner (we came for the ice cream!) after a long day of fighting a toddler..in the drive thru not only was she short, she started with "what do you want" he's a veteran & hearing impaired and trying his best to read my commentary on what ice cream I want & she was just abrasive and rude in every way. Speaking over him when he stated he wanted ranch & then later asking him if he wanted sauces? We've worked in the food industry and understand people have their off days but this was just an awful encounter. My husbands ranch was not provided. We were not impressed with today, a thank you to the woman in the window as she saved this entire interaction by simply smiling at him. The woman with a head piece behind the woman at the drive thru window (also wearing a head piece) was assumed to be the one with taking orders, as she's the one who glared when my husband said she was nice in comparison to whomever took his order.

There are cameras in the restaurant. Employee threatening to punch me in the face because he refused to give me the correct drink. I wasn't even being an a$$hole yet. Like, they're busy, I get it. I also know it takes all of 30 seconds to switch out the syrup. I asked him at least 5 times. I'm not leaving without what I ordered. The syrup IS out. I'm not drinking soda water that I did not order. You can see it, it looks like iced tea. Literally this guy takes my money and refused to correct the error. He wouldn't even take the incorrect beverage back. I dropped it in the parking lot, I did pick it up. He was all dramatic, putting his hands up like I was going to attack him or something, it was the best acting job I've ever witnessed in real life. It's all on the video footage as well. He tried to tell the manager that I threw it. I absolutely did not. To say it was insane is putting it mildly. The manager went to the lobby to fulfill my drink order and did absolutely nothing to deescalate this vile employee, likely because he's intimidated by his employee. Still not what I ordered, but I just settled. Medium Diet Coke is also NOT what I ordered. It was the dark brown we all know Coke, Diet Coke, vanilla Diet Coke looks like. He refused to even give me a receipt that I asked for. After he threatened to punch me in the face and was screaming at me, flipping me off, I left. HUGE learning curve, just because the machine says it's not out of syrup doesn't mean the machine is correct. This was a joke. "The machine would tell me if it's out of syrup." Clearly your machine is broken. Imagine that. Depending on a machine instead of visuals, taste and brainpower. I just wanted the large vanilla Diet Coke that I paid for. Real simple. I will NEVER go back to Wendy's. Not any of them. I didn't even eat my food. This place cannot be trusted. Even worse, when I was telling my daughter what had transpired, she described the guy to me! He's known to be like this to customers. Yes, he should 100% lose his job. He's in the wrong line of business, or they should move this lunatic to the BOH.

UPDATE: After the issues I had with my drive-thru experience last time, I used the information on…read morethe receipt to make a complaint about what happened. As part of the complaint, they asked if I wanted to be contacted about it and I said yes. I also had to give my contact information online. Within 48 hours I received an email from the location manager apologizing for what happened and offering me a free small meal for my trouble. Today, I showed up at the store with the email. The manager who wrote the email took my order and made sure I got what I wanted. I had to wait a few minutes to get the food but it was worth going through the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will continue to order from this location. But I'll always check my bag before driving away from the drive-thru window. See the aftermath, below.
