First time into the store late at night was great. The person at the counter was helpful and energetic and made my sub perfectly. The second time though was awful. The girl had earbuds in while slicing meat, completely ignored multiple of my requests, and basically could not of cared less. Tonight I ordered 2 SUBS that were $14.49 each for a total of $28.98. Subway advertises a 10% discount for seniors. A ten % discount and sales tax of 9% should leave the balance due of $28.43. The bill I was handed demanded payment of $30.01. I question the payment demand and explained the bill would have to be less than $28.98 because I was to be given a 10% discount and the sales tax was only 9%. It didn't make sense. I spoke with an obese tattoed woman that told me the bill was correct and if I didn't like it I could leave my order and get out. I don't know the position this person holds but she must be just a server because a manager would never tell a customer to get out over a $1.58 disagreement. If I had left the made-up SUBS the owners would have lost at least $25 in profit. Her behavior makes me wonder how much money she looses the owner. When I got home I figured out what happened. My son and I have been coming here regularly. I know I don't need to explain that Subway sandwiches are not best sandwiches, but I think this location deserves a very high rating. First and foremost, this location is very clear. Both the dining area and the bathrooms (2 of them) are clean and well kept. We are almost always happy with the "sandwich artisans" at this location. Even though I have an entire pantry filled with cans of tuna, I love to go to Subway and order a 6-inch tuna sub with all of the fixings. I'm too lazy to buy, wash, cut and put the same large variety of veggies offered at Subway on my sandwich at home, so Subway restaurants will always have a spot on my dining schedule when I'm in a hurry or too tired to cook. As far as fast food establishments go, Subway restaurant offers a decent selection of healthy options with all of the fresh veggies and daily-baked bread. Don't get me wrong, you can go here and pig out on junk food too like potato chips, cookies, and soda. It's just nice knowing that milk and apple wedges are also a choice. Be sure to order the meal combo so you get the best price. This location is conveniently located next to the theater. There is actually 20-minute parking on the road that fronts the establishment specifically for the restaurant patrons. If the spots are full, you can also find several Subway reserved spaces in the front row of the theater parking lot. There are also some plug-in spots for those with electric vehicles. I love coming to this particular location because it is clean and has a sleek, modern interior. The staff are good about welcoming you as you enter the establishment and getting your order right. I used to really enjoy subway sandwiches. It's probably been a year since I've ordered from one until today. I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the Champ, 6" on Italian herb and cheese in combo with chips and a small drink. The taste of the sandwich itself was disappointing, but what really bothered me was it was about a third smaller than the sandwiches have been in the past. And of course it was 30 percent more in cost. There's lots of way better options out there. I won't be back. read more

Today was Valentine's Day and my girlfriend and I came in for some subs before our movie. When she ordered a veggie, and I ordered a meat only, the man behind the counter (whose name we never got) started looking at the board and talking to his colleague, and then asked us if we would like to put each other's respective meat and cheese on the other's sandwich for free. On top of this, when we opened our sandwiches we found that they had written, "his" and "her" on our sandwiches. We will definitely be returning here next time we see a movie, because the experience was amazing. read more

Finally a Subway in Bellingham with great service. After writing some pretty bad reviews of other Subway restaurants in Bellingham, this one is completely different. They have nice people that work there, its clean, they are polite. Today I had a 6 inch sub, and I didn't order a drink. When I turned down the drink, they offered me a water cup. They actually offered it to me, and it was a good size cup, not one of those 6 ounce water cups that other places give you to force you into buying a soda. Certainly the best Subway restaurant in Bellingham. Vastly superior to the others. I will be back. read more

Best subway in town! My boys and I go here all the time. The ingredients are always fresh. The employees are amazing! They remember what our favorite sandwich's are. An outstanding Subway location. Located directly next door to a major movie theater, this location has low prices and participate in company promotions which is a huge relief to the wallet. The staff is friendly and they actually seem to be happy to be at work. The toppings are fresh and they do not skimp on the veggie. This is by far the best Subway I have ever been to. read more

My fist impression is the place. The interior is better looking than any of the other subway places I have gone to. The whole interior was surprisingly very clean and same goes for the bathroom. Yes the men's bathroom was clean. Hard to believe. When ordering my sandwich I felt like this was just like they show in the commercial. The friendliest fellows compared to the other subways in this town. My sandwich tasted so much better just due to the fact that it was prepared with careful detail. I would highly recommend this location to anyone over the other subways. Just that I haven't been here during a weekend or when a new movie is out. This is the first time I leave a review for a food place. And in my life I have only done 2. The fact that I left a review for this place should let you know that I wouldn't do this unless the business does extremely well to make me feel bad by not doing one.
