First of all, they have an employee that was cleaning every morning while we were there. He takes pride in his work and does a great job. Probably one of the cleanest McDonalds I've been to. There were at least three employees I came in contact with when I did mobile order or counter order. All employees were very nice, helpful & smiling and would quickly grab extra pepper or honey or whatever else I needed. This McDonald's is one of the biggest ones I've ever been in. They have a play area for kids. They also get lots of Uber eats (or other delivery people) picking up orders. This makes this place very busy which can make for a wait at some times. The employees were great and hustle to get the job done - they aren't standing around chatting but working to get your order taken care of.

Literally, nobody was wanting any ketchup. The staff had been handing them to people when they asked for it. The staff did bring out ketchup packets and made them available until they could clean and refill the ketchup pump containers. I was quite impressed with how professional everybody was. They took care of everybody who was placing orders. And then they took care of the ketchup containers and brought them out. It's so sad when one customer feels they need to have the attention. She was out of line and just a bit extra. Five stars to the staff. Zero stars for the rude lady.
