This Canes has really went down hill since the last time I've been. Wait 15 minutes for someone to help me and my man at the counter top when the restaurant was practically EMPTY. Employees texting, walking around, giggling, laughing, but I can't get my order taken so I can leave. Then finally when someone came up to try and take our order the rude employee that was NOT in line, made her order before we could even be helped. Talk about making the customer not feel important! Prior to moving to the Midwest, I had never heard of Raising Cane's. They are pretty consistent throughout all locations. Always fresh chicken. It's always served fresh and hot. My husband and I like to share the caniac combo as it's more than enough food and the best of both. I like the coleslaw and he likes the fries. This particular location is always cranking. Lots of youth. The youth seem to be hard workers and do their best to provide great fast service. I like how trendy the environment is. They do a good job keeping the dining area clean. read more

This Cane's location has slowly become a family favorite (it's up there with the Ward Pkwy ChickFilA on our charts). Franchises, unfortunately, don't always taste the same across the board. That being said, this location really tops the charts amongst the other Cane's branches in the area. I've been to other locations,but this one is better across the board! The chicken had better flavor. The sauce was tastier, more peppery and smoky. The staff was so pleasant. Yes, this is a new location so that probably lends itself to the following observations but it seemed cleaner, brighter and happier too. Can't wait to enjoy the shaded patio when it's nicer outside. A chicken fingers chain that has moved into the KC metro in the past 5 years. This is one of the newest Raising Cane's. Drive Thru was efficient and the cashier was friendly and engaging. The food was good. Chicken Fingers, fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw. The Combo pack has 4 fingers and half of this meal filled me up. I like their dipping sauce for both the chicken and fries. My only critique is that the slaw portion is skimpy. read more

I never have a problem with ANY of the canes locations dining in is a clean and optimistic experience and I absolutely love it although most of the staff is young teenagers they are all extremely polite and professional. The food is always always always fresh and cooked to order I've been to this location multiple times and the food has always been fresh hot and with no less than a 4-5 minute wait, truly amazing. I decided to have Raising Canes for dinner. I am glad I made this choice. The food was hot and fresh! Drive-thru didn't have a long line but it had to wait a 15 minute wait. It is worth the wait if you have patience. The meal was good from the sauce to the chicken. I ordered the Combo Box. It comes with chicken strips, Texas toast, slaw, and a sauce for dipping! My box combo ($7.29) was ready six minutes after I ordered at the counter. It included four tenders, fries, cole slaw, sauce, buttered Texas toast, and a drink, making it a good value. The tenders were generously sized, and juicy, with premium meat, while the fries were tasty, meaty, and not greasy - just the way I like them. I'm not a fan of the RC sauce, and the honey mustard cost extra, so I wish they had a variety of free sauces including BBQ sauce. The dining area was clean and new with background music. The payment process was slow due to new restaurant hiccups, but otherwise the service was okay. This location has a drive-thru and a patio. Very nice. read more

Raising Cane's has some of the best chicken fingers around! They kind of small but man they are delicious! The crinkle cut fries are probably some of the best fries I've had in a long time, they are always hot and fresh and Have just the right amount of salt! The sauce is the game changer though. I mean if you think about it it's just chicken and fries but when you add the sauce it puts them over the top! The service is always top not and when I go through the drive I usually get a rhyme or two and it makes me smile. I will be back there soon I can promise you that! read more

I came in to get a gift card and was immediately impressed by how clean the restaurant was and how happy everyone was. I was greeted, talked to and helped promptly. Everything behind the counter was clean and organized and everyone was able to answer any questions I had. If I wasn't a pescatarian I would absolutely eat here. read more

Raising Cane's began as a simple chicken restaurant that offered fast service with quality food, but it has become a victim of its own success. ATMOSPHERE: RC has a pretty standard fast food layout. Limited out door seating. SERVICE: The Belton location typically offers friendly service, so there is no reason to complain here. FOOD: It started great two years ago, but it's been declining. When I first patronized RC (this location nonetheless) the chicken tenders were large, the fries were well seasoned, and everything was hot and fresh. Tragically, almost everything has gone downhill. The tenders are tiny and dry. The fries are often not seasoned (how hard is it to apply salt?). It doesn't taste any better than generic fast food (that costs less). VALUE: This kills the overall score for this RC franchise. A box combo is $9.99 before tax now, and a Caniac Combo is now $14.49 before tax. For what they offer, you pay way too much money. The franchisee may be tempted to hand wave this with the standard "inflation" excuse, but it doesn't hold water. While a popular cop out, inflation doesn't account for the massive price increases over the past 1-2 years. The typical RC franchise operates on a 15% profit margin, whereas most restaurants operate on 3-5%. Additionally, RC corporate charges its franchisees a $45k franchise fee plus 5% royalties based off gross sales. Not only that, RC has an incredibly simple menu of chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. That means quality control and inventory management should be cake which, in turn, also means costs should be low compared to the rest of the fast food industry. Despite that, RC sees fit to over charge its customers for something that can be made at home with a modicum of culinary knowledge, and they even have the audacity to charge more for extra Canes sauces (for which the "secret" recipe has been posted online many times). If the franchisee has half a brain, he/she won't take this criticism personally, but rather they will take this as an opportunity to be more competitive during a major recession where the average citizen is clearly cutting back on frivolous expenses. The sad part is I've seen too many businesses in Belton and Raymore fail for very similar reasons, and it would be a shame if this RC franchisee was too pigheaded to adjust his/her business practices to meet the current market. read more

This place is very clean, lots of open spaces. I like to get the box combo and you can substitute the items like coleslaw to garlic bread or get extra fries. The food comes out fresh and hot. I feel like the chicken tenders is much bigger and juicy than the others Raising Canes I been to. I found out they have honey mustard sauce which you can trade your canes sauce if you like that. We are glad to have Raising Cane's here in Belton. In our opinion, it tastes better than CFA. That said, it is a rare occasion when our simple order is given to us correctly. One time it was missing two items. Another time a whole meal. It is on us that we didn't check until we arrived home. I have called the corporate number and no one got back to us until we had another incident of forgotten food. Yes, they sent us two cards for combos. So there's that but it was our money that we paid and didn't receive food. The manager called but we missed each other. She left her number. I called and left a message and still have not heard back. This is at least a month now. Tonight, we went through the drive-thru again. We have learned our lesson. I checked the food and it was missing an item. Really?! How do that many people mess up orders? They have plenty of staff working. If it weren't for the good tasting chicken, we would definitely stop patronizing Belton Raising Cane's. read more
