I have not been to Culver's for many, many... many years. Even after they remodeled I didn't visit there just to see the changes. However, my mother wanted to go to Culver's to get their fish basket, so I went with her. I'm glad I went! The staff was friendly all the way from walking into the foyer, to us leaving. The order taker was very polite, as was the meal delivery person. Even the gentleman picking up our trays was pleasant. I ordered the Double Mushroom and Swiss Burger, Fries, and a Coke. The food was fresh, and delicious. I've had plenty of Mushroom and Swiss burgers elsewhere, and I must say that this one was pretty amazing. The fries were standard and arrived HOT-which is a plus. There are really no complaints about the staff, food, or atmosphere. I will for sure be going back sooner rather than later! read more

Great food! My husband and I go to eat at this Culver's during lent for the cod meal. Today was no different. However today was frustrating because there 3 cashiers and 2 were just standing there while my husband and I were waiting for one of the them to Take our order and ask how can I help u? One of them was chit chatting and and kept turning and looking at my husband and I but never paid us any attention. She finally did but there was no one else in front of us but she was chit chatting with the customer being taken care of by another cashier. I've never had a bad experience here. I can always count on friendly service, great food and the best chocolate custard. (It's seriously delicious with chocolate cake and Oreo mixed in, don't mess around get it fully loaded !) The patio is really beautiful in the Summer with huge planters full of flowers. I had to drop my rating because several times now I receive undercooked burgers, normally it isn't undercooked enough to be a concern. However this last time was egregious, I didn't get sick but it certainly didn't taste right essentially eating raw ground beef. read more

I always receive great service when I visit this Culver's, rather it be in the drive thru or sitting inside. They are a bit more pricey than other fast food places but it's worth it. My fav is the buffalo chicken tenders. It's a dry rub so it's not messy at all. I am not a beef eater but my family loves their butter burgers. I liked the welcoming, and fast (five minutes), but otherwise cheerless service. My grilled chicken sandwich tasted great, but the fries tasted like they were left over from the previous night. Waited all day for a wonderful Culver's burger. My husband drove 35 miles round trip to get this for our dinner. A hamburger with mustard and onion. No big deal right. Wrong. It had had two pieces of cheese on it at one time but someone had tried scraped it off. That means not only was it wrong but someone had their hands all over it. Gross. The service was good. Both the cashier and server were efficient and pleasant. My swiss mushroom burger was average, the chicken tenders were average, but the crinkle cut fries, mashed potatoes and cheese burger were spot on delicious. Although they got our order wrong they corrected it quickly. For whatever reason, the floors were sticky and that was a bit disconcerting but the ice cream quickly distracted us. It was yummy. I literally live 1 minute away from this location. I gave them 2 stars because they're very friendly and courteous, service is never an issue. What is the issue? Price and value. The food isn't bad and contrary to what someone else posted about the grease...it's a burger joint man, if you want healthy, don't goto a burger joint. But the portions are laughable, seriously. The "hand made" and "fresh" notion go right out the window when 1 combo doesn't satiate someone who paid about 10$ for a meal. My advice to Culver's, create value based offerings. This was my first time at a Culver's. The staff was extremely friendly. The cashier chatted with us as she took our orders and as we were leaving, one of the employees went ahead of us and held the door open for my elderly grandparents. The inside was very cozy, they even have an electric fireplace in the center of the dining area. The food was really good and well priced. I will be frequenting this location anytime I want a great hamburger and frozen custard. The first table we sat at needed to be wiped down as well as the drink/condiment area. There were a lot of employees behind the counter, but to be fair they were mostly high school aged kids. read more

I love this location. :). My food is always fresh and the service is always friendly. They also allow the local schools to have a school night where a % of the proceeds from like 5-8pm go to help that particular local school and teachers help work there. Being a local with kids it makes me want to eat here more often when I know this business is helping making a difference in the community. read more

Culver's is above the crowd for fast food burgers, and they have a lot of other things like a good fish sandwich and a pot roast dinner with 2 sides. Always friendly service, and we see a lot of the same workers every time--that's something that doesn't happen at McDonalds, Wendy's, Hardee's, etc. The prices are a little higher than the other places I mentioned but the food is a lot better. If you can snag some coupons it will save you some money. Ours come in the Star Savings or Red Plum mailings. If you look older than 50 they automatically give you the senior discount. This Culver's is seriously like a Chick-fil-A with the customer service, always super friendly. I come here for the custard ice cream and french fries which are average but it's the best Raymore/Belton has. The only negative is if you go through the drive through, they have you pull up and someone brings out the food so expect to wait around 3-5 extra minutes. read more
