The food options were decent and at first glance appeared good, I got the tacos and hubby got a burrito. We came with our family for lunch. They were out of Diet Coke and they were kind enough to give us a bottle drink in place. That is definitely taking care of the customer. The food was good. Their portions are big. I appreciate their generous portions. I did feel that they did put a lot of guac on my bowl. If one can actually believe it. This is the most disgusting restaurant I've been to with the most rudest associates and manager. The restaurant is unclean and workers don't wash their hands. I witnessed one of the employees pick something up off the ground with his bare hands then proceed to make a DoorDash order. Words can't even explain how unsanitary this place is. And the employees are as rude as I don't know what. They have more piercings in their face and bodies then they do the hair on their head and have the audacity to be rude. The manager allows it and is rude himself. He refused service to my husband for absolutely no reason then lied and said he assaulted a worker about free food when he did no such thing. Like everyone he made a joke saying, "it's free right?" And even laughed about it and we paid for our food but the manager went on to ban him because of it. On top of that the manager Dean didn't show footage of my husband so called assaulting his worker nor did he file a report because he knew he was lying. I HIGHLY don't recommend eating here. This place is amazing! A friend of mine recommended this to me and she said "it was better than Chipotle" and I have to agree, SHE WAS RIGHT! Food here is amazing, it's a super clean restaurant, I've only been here a couple times but each time I've been greeted upon arrival, my order is completed in time due to ordering ahead through their app and it's GREAT! I only wish that this location was closer to my house but I go out of my way to drive out there for the food and for the SERVICE. I'm a HUGE fan of not paying extra for the premium toppings such as guacamole or queso. We've come here about once a month since moving to this part of town. The ingredients are always fresh and we've never had tough or dry meat. The downside is that if you aren't one who wants much of the other toppings further down the line you have to urge them to scoop on a little more rice and beans to fill out your burrito a little. It's a positive thing that you craft your meal to fit almost any diet. (Keto lovers, vegetarians and low fat eaters can all rejoice!) BIGGEST PET PEEVE... we rarely have anyone who knows how to properly roll our burrito. They squish it down and roll it around in an effort to spread things around but it usually fails and comes our more round than tubular which makes eating it a hassle. As a faithful Chipotle customer, I decided that it was time to try QDOBA... I must say I am highly impressed! First the customer service is truly awesome especially with the times we are living in, people seem to be a bit angry at a lot of places. The two ladies on the frontline greeted me as soon as I walked thru the door. They were patient with me being a first time customer and explained the options in full detail. Even with the masks, I could see the smiles on their faces. Superb customer service! Now for the food.... I ordered 3 tacos (flour) and they were extremely delicious! The variety of different options for toppings and sides was the best part. I think I am converting! The meat (chicken & steak) was seasoned great although the steak was a little overcooked. It was still WAY better than the bloody meat you get at Chipotle. All of the toppings I chose made me feel like I was making the tacos myself which I really loved. I also appreciate how they separate each taco with a paper wrap so my tacos weren't a sloppy mess by the time I got home. The only reason they didn't get the full 5 stars is the chips... They are a little to bland for my taste, but with the amazing flavor of everything else I still finished the whole meal without them. Will definitely be back soon! Well I just placed my 1st, and last order with this place. The food sucks! I got a bowl, and a quesadilla both with the steak. I have never chewed on this much gristle on red meat in my life! I think all I got were the gristle cuts. There was decent heat for ordering the hot salsa, but overall not good at all! I completely wasted my money. I wasn't expecting to pay a hefty price for tablespoons of food. I'm also highly upset for paying $4 for a glass bottle of soda better known as Mexican soda. Just because the words on the bottle is written in Spanish doesn't mean it's a Mexican soda. My husband and I visit this location once a week when were visiting my 92 year old mother in Belton. At first our service was mediocre, but I believe they have new management and staff. They are in training so offering their food for free! Score! I ordered the surf and turf bowl, with shrimp and steak, added a few toppings to that. It is kind of similar to Chipolte in the ordering process. The service was very quick for the staff being all new. The food was very good, nice seasoning and a good portion for me.
