What a gem! First time visiting. Young man (who was a manager) welcomed us in with a big smile. Was…read morehappy to answer any questions and had the best manners! As a Southern lady, this pleased me! We ordered the TriTip Philly and the Chicken Pesto Philly. The TriTip was tender, wonderfully seasoned, and juicy! The Chicken was also juicy and had really great flavor! The shoestring fries come with an amazing house dipping sauce that reminds me of a mild Canes sauce. Followed it was delightfully sweet French dessert of Financiers that had wonderfully light almond flavor. The music was a great mix, not too loud, and the TVs were on but not blaring TV noise. A wonderful visit! We will be back! Kudos to Cyrus! Great customer service makes a great restaurant!

Food, I had the Bob Burger and really enjoyed it! The rest (3 in total) all had some type of Filly. Also ordered a Cobb salad, sides of both their fries, and a side of their take on Hawaiian mac-salad. Cons- all three (BIL, husband, and son) all felt the Fillys should have been on a roll versus a pita (some kind of wrap, if it wasn't a pita). They felt the wrap was getting too fancy, and why change something that doesn't necessarily need to change. Overall though, they each enjoyed the flavors of their respective Filly. And my burger really was tasty! The restaurant is also in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking, so that was also a nice perk!

The restaurant runs on a highly efficient counter-service model: you wait in line to order, and a server coordinates whether you want to grab a table inside or out on the patio. Once we were seated, our food came out incredibly fast. I had the Spicy Pork Noodles, and my partner got the Yellow Curry loaded with shrimp and pork belly. Both main dishes were packed with flavor, and the crisp cucumber salad was the perfect side to share. I also ordered a hard cider to wash it down. Everything was delicious from start to finish.

Just enough spicy without being too much. Ordering at the counter seemed interesting to me due to the layout of the dining room, but the staff knew exactly what they were doing and were able to direct us to a seat easily! Our food and drinks also came in a timing manner. I really appreciated that we could see all the way back into the kitchen and there was transparency between the kitchen and the consumers. The bar looked gorgeous and I would definetly like to sit there next time for the vibes. I also loved that they provided self-serve boxes, napkins, and utensils but still had a sign asking patrons to be concious of how much they're using. The overall flow between ordering, self serve, and dining was super efficient and nice! Can't wait to come here again!

The onion ring over-breaded, the burger decent. It'd be nice if the cheese were melted and the patties taste was flat. Thanks to the iceberg lettuce and the tomatoes, I'd consider this a weaker entry in the "better burger" category (e.g., Five Guys) as opposed to a pre-made fast food burger. I'm guessing it was assembled to order, but the patties were not cooked to order. If I were hungry and nearby I'd come here again, but I wouldn't seek it out. The Walla Walla onion ring is a nice idea, but poorly exectued -- you need to be able to taste the Walla Walla onion.

The burger was better than expected. My friend agreed. They were tasty and satisfying, though not quite a "destination" burger. I had the Cowboy sliders. The standout was definitely the onion rings. They were huge, crunchy, and full of flavor. Easily the best part of my meal. The strawberries at the bottom made it a challenge to drink. The strawberry shake had thick blobs floating around like a poorly executed boba tea. I ended up binning most of these. The restaurant, both inside and out, was very clean. While the staff seemed overwhelmed and a few mistakes were made, everyone was friendly and clearly trying their best. Even with the frenetic busy environment, we had a table before our food came out. We sat outside. New places take time to settle in, and they're clearly handling a rush. I'll go back, but I'll probably give them a few weeks to find their rhythm.
