I'm giving up on this location. My husband has food allergies and typically Subway is a safe bet, just not this location. We have to constantly ask the employees to change gloves between not only sandwiches, but other customers and wrapping their sandwiches, and to not use the same knife to cut multiple sandwiches. Sadly, today is the last day I will ever go to this Subway. After running errands all morning, including all of the stuff no one likes to do, I was happy to be ahead of the lunch rush and got there at about 11:30. A person saw me, asked me what my order was, and I proceeded to tell her that I would get 3 footlongs, one with wheat bread, and two with Italian herbs and cheese. There was a bit of a conscious moment when I thought she might be taking a drive-through order (she wasn't) and then she popped into the back and came out with a large log of ?salami? that she loaded into a slicer and began to slice. A different person came up and asked her if she was helping me and she told him no - so...I repeated my bread choices and my order began. Well, the original person and another person came up to help the person working on my footlong, and it was basically me watching as each sandwich was being made by different people (for different members of my family). The original person who 'helped' me was running around back and forth, grabbing things from the veggie area, reaching over the people making my subs, and dropping salt and pepper shakers in her wake. It wasn't busy - there was another person in line behind me - but she frantically went from one end of the counter to the other. Then - I was incredulous - she tells me that I don't have to wait for my last sandwich to be made - I can just pay. Well, that was the last straw! I told her that I wanted to watch it being made to make sure it was made the way I instructed. I then told her that the entire process was disorganized and that she was all over the place. She informed me that she had been there 7+ years and that there hadn't been any complaints. I should have told her what I thought. If you've been in a customer service job for 7 years and still don't like people or want to provide customer service - perhaps you should be looking for a different job. And a real plus? Try looking at people, smiling, and looking like you want to be there. Her attitude today cost this location a lifelong customer. read more

I keep trying to give this location a break... they are always short handed, even before Covid. I have felt sorry for the employees. At this point it is about bad management. Today we come in, wait a while before even being acknowledged. They finally help us, get almost done with our sandwiches and tell us they are OUT of Mayo!!!! How does a sandwich shop run out of Mayo? Did not even have packets! If you do, you run to Costco or a nearby restaurant!!! My hubby was a restaurant manager for years, you need to be present and take care of your store. I just visited this Subway and I was the only customer in the store waiting to order dinner for my family. Apparently the three employees were to busy to even acknowledge my presence and after a considerable amount of time passed one the line workers asked the lead if he should help me. The lead said no right in Front of me as if I wasn't even there. I wasn't worth a simple pleasant hey sir we appreciate your your patience but we have issues right now. They just ignored me outright. Just went through the drive-thru at 2:45am (1/29/2016) and sat at the speaker for about 8 min with no one saying anything. I spoke a couple times into the speaker, which is farther ahead of the actual menu board, still no response. Drove up to the window, no one there and no one visible, however, I will note, the window was wide open. There were 3 cars out front in the parking lot and when I drove away, I saw people in the dining room eating, but for crying out loud, what's the point of being open 24/7 if you don't answer the drive-thru speaker? I just encountered the least friendly and courteous Subway I have ever been to. My family had purchased ice cream at an establishment next door but due to corona virus we could not eat it inside. Instead we parked in the completely empty parking lot at this Subway. After being there for a few minutes a Subway worker came out and kicked us off the parking lot. This was at 10 pm and the parking lot was completely empty other than us. The lady told us the if we ordered something we could eat at their tables but due to corona virus she couldn't allow us to eat in our cars in their parking lot. So because of the virus, sitting in parked cars with windows closed was too dangerous but sitting at open tables was ok? Ridiculous. I wasn't planning on ordering from Subway tonight anyway but from now on I will go out of my way to avoid this Subway In the future. read more

So few weeks ago, I ordered a couple chicken bacon ranch's online for my family, when to pick it up get it home I notice every single one of them were missing bacon.. so big disappointment there, whatever we chalk up our loss and really hope it was an "off day", today we just got home from ordering another chicken bacon ranch again and my veggies are literally smushed onto the side of the closed sub, didn't look like they opened the bread to add toppings. The service was absolutely astronomical! I was picking up a door dash order from this subway,and not a single costumer was there when I went to pick up the order, and the order had been in for about ten minutes. When we pulled up all the workers were sitting outside smoking, and then when I asked for the order they were like "uhh you weren't supposed to be here for ten more minutes" even tho I was five minutes late for the pick up time, the order only had 3 sandwiches, and there was 6 people working and it still took them half an hour to get me my order! Also note that not a single customer ordered while I was waiting! They also said they would bring out the order to my car when they were finished, after waiting half an hour id just about had so I went in again to ask what was going on and they said they had finished my order about five minutes ago and that they just forgot to take it to my car, like what the heck?! Service was unbelievably horrible, will be avoiding this subway like the plague in the future. read more

I always get the same thing, a meatball sub, however there is one lady that works there who races around like she's on something speedy and every time she works she purposely shorts customers on meats. I had a neighbor talk to me about it the other day and they know who I was talking about and said yeah every time she does their sandwich they end up with less meat than normal. read more

The WORST Subway experience I have EVER HAD!!!! My food was listed ready for pick up at 8:55, but finished early at 8:54. I had tried calling to ask if they could add mustard on one sandwich, but after quite a few rings, still no one picked up. That was ok, though, I could manage that. I went through drive through to pick it up. I asked, could they add the mustard for me? "No.. it was already wrapped." Lame excuse, but whatever. Then, he couldn't find my food. Apparently the co-worker was on the phone (umm, the one no one will answer??) and the employee helping me couldn't find it. Now, I'd have to go inside to get it. I go inside. No assistance offered. Annoying. I wait through the ridiculously sluggish line.. 10 minutes for the 2 orders ahead of me. They have run out of the bread the guy wanted. (Um, okay? How does that work.. they are a 24 hour location and should have fresh bread.. ) 9:18pm. The second co-worker finally addresses me. "We are out of meatballs. I'm making some now." No apology, no explanation as to WHY THEY MARKED MY FOOD AS DONE or WHY I'VE NOW BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. Meanwhile, an obvious manager or lead has heard my frustration, on my phone call, and has seen that I'm obviously irritated waiting, especially when they tell me they ran out of mozzarella (AGAIN WHY AREN'T YOU STOCKED?!). The most irritating part - SHE DOES NOTHING. She criticizes the employees on the sweet tea or lemonade that is obviously old/low (and wouldn't doubt if it was bad from how long it had been out).. but not once did she address me or my situation. She made no move to offer assistance, check the status.. nothing at all. 9:21 THANK GOD my food is done. 2 subs. Employee kind of mumbles, if I would like some cookies. I sure as heck do not want anything else from them. Umm, where is my coke? Employee, confused, obviously did not read the order. Asked what size it was. A bottle. I grabbed it myself. Also DID NOT offer me a receipt for the transaction. FINALLY go home, about 5 minutes away. MY SANDWICHES ARE A NIGHTMARE!!! 1st. No napkins. 2nd. TERRIBLE wrap, sandwich is falling out. 3rd. Cut so poorly and so disastrously assembled that the bread is soggy, and everything is falling out. Wait, Soggy Bread? How can that be when I ordered it TOASTED?! NOPE not toasted. AND MY MEATBALLS ARE NOT EVEN ROOM TEMP!! THEY ARE COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cold Cut Combo - Also a disaster. I have no idea about any of these reviews on here I came in this morning everything looked great! I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. This is by far my favorite Subway in the area! We eat at Subways at least once a month, this was the first time at this location. I can guarantee it will also be the last! First off they had 1 person working and she was busy taking drive-thru orders and didn't even acknowledge our presence. Finally a second worker came in from outside didn't say hi or sorry for the wait, he just said what kind of sandwich do you want. After getting our order we went to sit down and all the tables were dirty and so were the floors, we had to clean our own table, and there weren't any people waiting to order or anything. There was one other table with people eating, so it wasn't like they were busy or anything, so we finally were ready to eat and things only got worse. The bread was hard, and I asked for light mayo and extra pickles, I found 3 pickles and half a bottle of mayo. My husband's sandwich was just as bad! Despite other reviews I did not experience any rudeness. I walked in and they were adequately staffed for the Friday Rush. They offered to make my sandwich classic or deluxe. If I could give this place a -0 that's what my experience was at the north salt lake location. Twice I went there and I don't know why I went back cause the second time was worse than the first time. When I walked in 3 guys are standing there, I waited for a while before anybody approached me, he says what are you having? In a "I'm miserable with my job kinda tone". I just walked out.
