This location is so close to my house so I've returned multiple times since my original review. This last time was a phenomenal experience. The manager was attentive and made the sandwiches perfectly. While the sandwiches and the cookie foot-long were great, the new pretzel and the churro footlongs were way too hard to eat. The location is easily accessible and is located next to a convenient store. There is no drive-through. You can place an order ahead, but you may have to wait. We used coupons we got in the mail. Cassidy Martin is the new manager in training @ this location - She was extremely rude and condescending to me while making my sandwich. Upon check out she continued to be rude and when I asked if the other employee could check me out - she snatched the sandwich from my hand and told me that they were denying me service... she must've been watching too much tik tok... Anyways, I ask the other employee for the manager's information to which he responds he can't as Cassidy is his supervisor. He is to take her lead... She proceeded to tell me that she was going to call the cops on me for trespassing. I have never in my life been treated so poorly or disrespectfully. I was unable to get the manager's information. I hope this review makes it's way to them. Please review footage from night of April 6th 9pm to 10pm for proof of her talking to me disrespectful, slamming my food around, snatching my food from me, and causing a scene. read more

This location continues to disappoint with the laziness of the staff, the poor sandwich artistry, and the terrible dining conditions. For starters, the kid with the unkept dreadlocks at the protein section of sandwich station chose not fill our footlong tuna with the appropriate amount of tuna because he was too lazy to refill the container in the table. The kid at the topping station simply chose to cover up the situation with an oversized helping of lettuce. We were left with only half of the sandwich containing about 1 scoop of tuna and the other half had no tuna at all. Thirteen dollars is a lot for lettuce and an Italian loaf. After arriving at the register to pay for our tuna-laced Italian loaf covered in lettuce, the cashier didn't know how to scan my rewards code with the lettuce attendant telling her that the scanner doesn't work. None of the peripherals have ever worked at this terminal at anytime we have visited this location. No one must drink water in BA either since the lever for water on the drink fountain appears to have been broken for an unforeseeable number of weeks if not months. Needless to say this will be the last time I or my family visits this location perhaps any Subway at all. Leave zero stars? I wish. read more

This will be the last time we go to this Subway. We keep giving them excuses for poor quality food & service but we have finally reached our limit. 1. We have done several online orders. There is a pick up time set online. They have NEVER had our order ready on time. I even waited 5 min past the time - still not ready. What's the point of giving a time if it is never honored. 2. Even with our order spelled out in detail, they still couldn't get it right. The first young woman to start the order messed up on the bread - proceeded to just tear off a big chunk. Then tell me they were out of several components of the sandwiches. 3. She handed off our order & proceeded to help the next person in line while the cashier chit chatted with a customer. Never mind that our order was supposed to be already completed. 4. So had to wait even longer. Finally, a young man came from the back & tried to finish our order. He asked what went on the sandwiches & I referred him to the online ticket because I had not placed the order for all involved. Sadly, I don't think he could read the ticket. He kept putting things on & taking them off. The other girl had to tell him which sandwich was which. He tore the bread on one sandwich when closing it (so it then fell apart when we got it home). He tore the paper of another sandwich so when we opened it, it too fell apart. 5. I had to remind the cashier that we had already paid for the order, when she started to ring it up. She did not put any napkins in the bag- just handed it me. 6. The sandwiches were subpar. The bread was very dry. My sandwich had little to no dressing on it. There were tons of onion & one tomato each (one with a hard stem center) Another sandwich had so much dressing on it, it was a soggy mess. Poor service, poor product. Never again. read more

I visited Subway expecting to get my sandwich but left with so much more I left feeling Great, all things being equal at Subways the Huge difference are the people. The young lady working there in the afternoon made me feel special just by being kind and very considerate. This is the first time that food was not primary for me in my reviews. I live in Wagoner by way of California and have had Subway all over California, Arizona, New Mexico etc. this Subway is for me the #1 sandwich and more stop. Clean restaurant, and friendly people. I had a rough afternoon of my car getting its second flat of the week, and my only other transportation being an hour away. The workers could tell something was bothering me and asked if I was okay! They were thoughtful and wished me the best of the rest of my day and encouraged me to "keep on pushin". My girl Abbi really makes awesome sandwiches, she makes them just how I like them and always puts enough sauce on them suckers and lord knows I like it saucy so Abbi really goes the extra mile with the sandwiches. I'd go to that location even if there's a closer subway just because the quality is always awesome and that's mostly to do with Abbi. Walked in. Ordered 3 ft longs to go. I was taking home for football game gathering. Would take the 3 home and cut them up to serve more people. When I got to the vegies, the pierced freak could not comprehend to wrap up the 3 without vegies. and could not comprehend that I wanted the vegies in some containers or bags for the 3 sandwiches. The Mgr (freaks mother) told it to put vegies in a salad container and charge me for a salad. I had people waiting, so I paid and when leaving politely and quietly(12 people in store) I told the Mgr. that she just charged me $6.50 for the vegies that they would have put on the 3 sandwiches. I was not happy but paid and was leaving. The pierced FREAK then YELLED at me "DON'T COME BACK" I yelled back I won't. The FREAK CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME AS I WALKED OUT AND LEFT.
