Walked in and went up to the cash register, no line. Was never greeted by anyone. One worker boxed up four boxes of Cinnabon right in front of us without saying a word. do not go to the drive thru at this location .i have been here several times before and after ordering a small original sandwich and a medium honey mustard sub sandwich I waited behind another customer for 5 minutes to get their order and leave . then I waited another 10 minutes for my order to be given to me. they gave me the wrong sandwich (something beef not original that I ordered) and there was no honey mustard on the sub. no pickle and one napkin. this location has really slow service and they have gotten orders wrong several times before. I will stop using the drive thru so I can check my food to see if it is what I ordered or I will go somewhere else. this place is well below schlotzsky's usual minimum standards of service and quality. read more

Girl at register said "I don't work up here ever so I'm just trying." While I was able to forgive that, there was no sweet tea. You got rid of the scholtzky brand chips which is a big loss. Sugar cookie was in a plastic sealed bag making it seem really fake and machine made. Best part of my meal was the fact that there was enough hot sauce for the tiny sandwich I was given which is completely unlike any other location. I'm good on going here until this place doesn't feel like Covid recovery wasteland. Don't spend any money here unless you want a terrible lazy version of what schlotzkys should be. I didn't expect much, it's a chain. The portions were ridiculously small for the price, the croutons were burned on my salad. The baked potato soup was cold as ice, as well as the Mac and cheese. This is post based upon my last few visits to this location. The staff is beyond incompetent & even worse, under the management of a female named Parker & a man named Josh who'm I believe is the baker or the store manager. From friends complaints about their food & personal experiences that were relevant. It's easy to see what is taken place. The cheese is brick cheese, rather than shredded. I watched recently where an employee dropped a pickle & proceed with the whole "5 second rule". From bad attitudes to cold & lack of concern to proper health management. I'm 23 weeks pregnant, and had an epic craving for cinnamon rolls, so I jumped in the car and headed here for an amazing, delicious, super hot Cinnabon cinnamon roll. MAN WAS I LET DOWN. The cinnamon roll that I received was burnt to a crisp on the bottom and hard as a rock. Seriously, I could have thrown it against a wall and you'd probably have to replace the sheetrock. I don't understand how something so delicious could go so terribly wrong. I even tried heating it up in the microwave and the thing wouldn't budge. Don't use DoorDash. Overpriced and undersized sandwiches with no description as to size on the menu. Obviously, a "medium" sizeed sandwich on the pretzel bun is about 1/3 the size of a regular medium sandwich. It look like a children's sized sandwich. But you wouldn't know that from the menu. We came here to get a snack. We want through the drive through. Usually friendly employees. I love their pizzas they are always so tasty. The fact that they have sweets makes this place perfect. I work late and don't have much to pick from so when I get out early and rush over to get something from here and they turn the lights off on me, it makes me sad. All they had to do was tell me. The first time they did and I didn't feel bad, but a company should not have the hours of operation open until 10 if they are going to close before that. I understand no one wants to stay late to clean. I rarely go I to a place when it's close to closing time. I probably won't be back at all. This is my second time coming here to this location; and I have to say it's one of my favorite. The workers are kind and quick. They take my order in a great amount of time and get it out to me even quicker. I am generally on a time crunch between getting places and both times they've gotten me in and out quick because of their good service. I've always loved Schlotzsky's but this location can't seem to get it right. Anytime we've eaten here it's been drive thru or takeout and I honestly can't remember one time where at least one part of the order was incorrect. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. Ordered a sandwich without mayo and it came with mayo, ordered a fiesta chicken pizza and it came with no CHICKEN. I guess I can blame myself for not checking the order before I left, but it's a shame you have to expect something to be wrong every time. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This place has wonderful food however in the past few months something has changed the flatbreads have been very doughy , if I ordered some extra things to be put on it I pay for it but never receive it and when I Address the issue they bring it to me on the side so it's raw .
